I was unsure where to put this or what to write, so I'm going to have to go with what I think you need to know.

Why I want the plot

I hope on building a ship on this plot almost identical to the above pictures.

I will need a ship to house the crew of Pirates I intend to create also.

I will be using my Diamond VIP for this plot

My character has decided to make the pirate ship to house his crew and to make himself a "Base of operations" of sorts.

The RP which will surround the plot will be either Wars, slight Slavery, and Villainous activity. It will prove useful and positive to the Roleplay which goes on around it, and will look nice also.

Sure, As my character is an Orc I'm sure this could be sorted out ICly also.

I think I know what you mean by an Event-Charter.

In fact, this may sprout some more RP also.
