Regarding The Threats To Our City.

Recently the lesser races have been allowed into our city. They disrespect us, cause trouble, and even assault us. As of today, Itnan, 2nd of The First Seed, Year 13, orcs have openly attacked us. How are we, as a civilization, to develop and thrive if we are constantly harassed and assaulted? I saw one of my High Elven brothers slain before me, with none able to do anything...

We allow this... we are complacent... We don't even take care of this city that our ancestors have left us. Walls remain unfinished, Pillars litter the city, and the lesser races live among us, and even teach us. This... is unacceptable.

Today, I call for a reformation of the current state. Our workers must work, our farmers must farm, our guards must guard! We must not allow our extinction at the hands of Green-Skinned warmongers! We must WORK! Our soldiers go without proper weaponry and armour! Our walls do not even encompass the whole of our city!

The lesser races taunt us, and trounce around our ancestral lands as if they are their own! Before long, if nothing is done, these orcs will have our land, and our ancestors shall bow their heads in shame. We bring them great dishonour by allowing these things to happen! Buildings lie, ready to be demolished, but none wish to work!

I call for a time of true work, of true creation. This must be done in order for our survival! Let us all work, let us all contribute to our society! We need orders, we need leadership! Lead us, and we shall do great things! Leave us without a guiding light, and we shall wonder in darkness and stupidity! Let us complete our walls, let us arm our soldiers, let us accomplish true feats!

We act superior, we act as if we are advanced, more intelligent! Then why do orcs ROAM OUR STREETS?! WHY DO DARK ELVES TROUNCE ABOUT, CLAIMING TO BE OUR KINGS? And what have our leaders said? "Yes, we must do these things." and then LEFT THEM UNDONE! I DO NOT ASK FOR OUR LEADERS TO STEP DOWN, NOR DO I ASK FOR ANY FORM OF REVOLUTION! I ASK, NAY, I CALL OUT FOR LEADERSHIP, INNOVATION, AND PROGRESS!

Joma, 20th of the First Seed, 13: I have since changed my views regarding the ^otherlesser races teaching us, but only if they truly respect us.

Also, there are exceptions to everything, and I have met many... I shall no longer call them lesser, for it offends them... I have met many people of the other races that are beneficial to us, but many are not. We must choose our friends carefully. Prince Ashur is a prime example of one of the useful Elves, as he has helped our whole society by teaching me the art of aiding those who are injured.
