*Due to the fact we shall possess a town charter in the wilderness, and we have no VIP, we will not be paying thus-- the permissions will not go down to bedrock, I believe maybe Y-40? Not sure, but this is acceptable.

Town Name: The Port of Pine Harbor

Why are you/your character starting this town? What role will it play?

The Fall of Azar.

Pine Harbor will be under the rule of Seventis. Seventis is a city in the cloud temple region, and has been through a lot of events. It's creation, is thoroughly enveloped in a long period of drawn-out war, diplomacy, and negotiation. Seventis is ruled by the Loyalists of the former town of Azar, or now named-- Ascella. Azar was the first town ever created by Renati Amedaius-- the son of Dezios. Dezios had formerly created a town called Norjun – in Aegis, before it fell to the Undead. Azar first started when Renati had contacted the Dracaena family, disclosing that he and friend Claudius would prepare the construction of a town, where people could thrive and grow with a secure, well-rounded community. His motives and goals succeeded, however there was one problem. Azar was successful, until it hired Architect Casimir Ameadius. He possessed a bad attitude towards the town's officials, originally disclosing his services were free. After renati gloriously proposed he would be the Head Architect of Azar, he demanded payment. Renati, refusing, said that his payment would come in time. Casimir revolted, bring about a major war to Azar. Thus, this is how Azar was taken over.

Refuge, and then beginnings.

After losing Azar, the loyalists fled to Salvus-- where the Most high Queen of Salvus, Dawn, commenced the construction of a refugee tent for the citizens and officials of old azar. They stayed there for a while, acquiring resources, and also exchanging common talk. Eventually, they all got together, saying that they would infact create another town to avenge their loss. They wanted to show Asulon that they had recovered; Renati and his Associates commenced the creation of a charter, and proposed it to the Monks. The monks deemed it acceptable after long talk about the town being in the same region Azar was. Thus, Seventis was constructed. Seventis acquired many buildings-- residential locations, the keep, the quarry, shops, a small bay-- a college, a prison. It was a recreational town. The former loyalists deemed it: “The Town of New Beginnings”. After Seventis flourished, the citizens of Seventis wanted to expand even more. They obtained more land for Seventis-- and Seventis became the first city in the Cloud Temple, ever.

Pine Harbor

After Seventis being fully constructed, the people of Seventis decided they wished to expand their land even further, and wanted to create a location where it would flourish in such working conditions, where people could venture by sea, come and sell their goods. They wanted to create a center of economic growth, security, and hospitality. Pine Harbor shall play a role in the security, economy, and overall welfare of the seas of Asulon. It shall be essential to the growth of the soon-to-be Seventis empire.

Travelers will come from all around Asulon to visit Pine Harbor, to sell and buy goods, to acquire a humble abode to rest in from the danger of the night. It will be the first step of the expansion process of the Seventis Empire. The flagship of the Navy shall be constructed promptly inside the port, for immediate dispatch. Pine Harbor will be located in the wild, where ships can be constructed for the navy and also merchant galleons can dock at the many ports of pine harbor. The government officials acquired a location for pine harbor and plan to expand it promptly.

What type of political system is enforced in this town? Is this town under the reign of any other nation at this time?

This town is under the reign of the city of Seventis. Its' Officials shall be determining the overall welfare of the town.

Lord: Runs the entire city, engages in negotiation and diplomacy and listens to the Prince.

Commodore: Along with the Admiral, he helps run the navy, he also runs the town with the lord.

Steward: Manages the overall welfare of the city, sells homes

Captain(s): Captains of the Navy, they help regulate the amount of crime in the town, they will manage tasks assigned to them, and will also command their vessel.

Regent(s): Assistant to the Lord, advises what to do in dire situations

Boatswain: The advanced Navy soldiers, they moderate the town, operate the gates, clean the ships, work with the captains to regulate crime.

Scribe: Documents the events of Pine Harbor, reports it to the high command.

Mariner: Sailor in the navy.

Citizen: The basic citizen of pine harbor, they can participate in basic government duties, purchase residential locations, etc.

The Lord of the town will be Damien Dracaena.

What sort of behavior will residents exhibit? (Race relations, nation relations, etc.)

Our residents shall be kind, respectful, and from all different nations, and races. All races are welcome in Pineharbor: Orcs, Humans, Elves, and Dwarves. We are a peaceful, neutral town that is ruled by the city of seventis. Our residents have been so much-- the battle of Azar, many other skirmishes between Seventis and Ascella, and they are determined to make another jump in the expansion of our empire. They respect all nations promptly. Our citizens will be ready for anything. Their pride is enormous, they support the town with the utmost dignity. Pine Harbor citizens will be expected to abide to the laws of the harbor, if they do not they will receive a fine, or even jail time.

The Architecture shall be similiar to Seventis, being clean, appealing to the eye, and made of the finest wood in all of Asulon! The race3s shall be all races, Orc, Humans, Dwarves, and Elves are all welcome in Pine Harbor and the town will welcome merchant galleons from all around Asulon to enter to its ports! The culture shall consist of quaint, respectful people to the land of Asulon, food is made from the finest agriculture specialists in all of Asulon. A wall shall be constructed to secure the town from invaders/bandits, as Pine Harbor must be bandit-free.

Dez i would like to say we havnt even got 1 full century, we need to sort the people out in centuries, and we still need at least 1 century in seventis. I wont mind going but even i know we need to sort out the centuries.
