Avatar Changes.

Hey Asulon,

I just wanted to let you all know that I've up'd the max file size of avatars to 2MB (From 150KB), and the max dimensions to 200x400 (From 200x200). We're only using 30% of our monthly bandwidth/month, and 8% of our 1TB RAID1 hardrive setup, so it won't impact site performance at all, but it will let you have cooler avatars!
