Honestly I love Arbrek's rp. The crazy, agressive, cenile, backwards old dwarf. He's so much fun to rp with, kinda why I made my second character a Starbreaker, so I can rp with him even more.

I've always assumed that aging effects work something like DND rules. At some age dwarves reach middle age (-1 dexterity, strength, constitution. +1 intelligence, wisdom, charisma), then old age (-2 to abilities, and + 2 to other abilities), and finally venerable (-3, +3). The 3.5 rules have the maximum dwarf age close to 450 though so it doesn't translate perfectly.

So in my view, Dwarves get slower as weaker as they age, due to the punishments of time such as: old battle wounds, broken bones, scar tissue, loss of cartilage leading to arthritis, etc. But their age implies greater experience, wisdom and charisma. Or at least that's how I plan on playing my character when he gets there.

Oh, well, due to only being trained in axes, and not very good at pvp, Arbrek is REALLY slow in battle.

I had this exact same problem wtih someone, in which I was told my person in general is horrible, along with my RP.

Don't let it bother you, I know your RP is great (You made a golem for me), and though I haven't spoken to you OOC much, if any at all, you seem like a nice person :)

I totaly agree with this. But i also think that abrek can imagine everything hè want due the fact this is a fantasy server( not everything :P)

Alright, I received a lot of criticism about Arbrek being the oldest Dwarf, and one of Urguan's Grandchildren today. So, first I want to say that I will work to make that lore more compatible with the Server Lore, and second, I want your opinions on my age.

((I wasn't saying your RP was bad, or anything, I was just thinking that it kinda changes the main lore that is the dwarves and you say you are the grandson of Urguan. Wouldn't that in theory change the lore a lot? I don't remember Arbrek being mentioned in any lore of the dwarves. I feel thats just like anyone who makes an app and wants to be a dwarf could be like Oh, i'll be the Grandson of Urguan like arbrek. It just doesn't make sense to me. And you've never mentioned it. To my understanding you've never said anything about being the Grandson of Urguan, or how you told me that you were kept away for so long hidden or something like that. I would think you would tell someone about it? Just my opinion. Not hating or anything, just stating.

EDIT: My character is RP 1300 years old because I use RP'ly Health Potions that keep me alive. Since I'm an arch mage I RP'ly have them and could actually have them but the alchemy stand is disabled :/))

I've never hidden my age, and quite a few people know I'm Gotrek's son. As for why I'm not mentioned in any Dwarven Lore, that's because my Clan lived, insolated, in Karak-Rikkaz shortly after the War on Ibless I would imagine. The only reason we came back was because we were destroyed for the most part.
