I have played many rpg servers before and this one made me go WOW. How much time could you be on the server weekly?: 5-6 hours at the most depending on school work What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: Roleplaying is a type of game/act where you act like the person you are playing. Such as a play, you are meant to act like your character. What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: I have played Skyrim, Oblivion, World of Warcraft and many more... In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is: Meta-gaming is a term usually used to define strategy, action or other methods used in a game. Which vote number were you?: 1,177 In-Character: Character Name: Lordernia What Race are you?: Elven What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race): Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): Lordernia, aged 21, is a healthy happy being, who used to live on the island of Korlott. Lordernia was sent to Asulon by his parents when he was 8 and was looked after by his granddad Poranok.Poranok died, when Lordernia was 15, from food poisoning. Lordernia set forth that he shall get a job. He used to work for a clothing store, Weaponry store and as a bartender. Now, Lordernia helps everyone around him and dedicates his life for the earth and the people of Asulon. What is your Character's ambitions?: To help everyone around Asulon What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc): Sword/Bow and Arrow What is one of your Character's most skilled talents?: Archery, Sorcery and sword fighting if necessary. A screenshot of your skin (must be in proper format): My Skin. Other Information about your Character: Lordernia has the fear of Abduction. Open-Response-Questions Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?: "Oi! Let go of that child! As you may see, you are hurting him. What if that was you getting harassed like that?! Now, Let go.." *Lordernia ready's his fire balls.* "Or burn!" Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response?: "Anything, My good man. Any clothing is great, at least i'm not wondering around naked!" *Lordernia Laughs.* Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: "I must take this to the king at once! and report what has happened." *Lordernia takes the the items and rushes back to the city." Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond?: (I Don't understand this one :P) You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. hypercrit 237 Share Posted March 9, 2012 Why did I deny you? Biggest issue with your application was most likely that some of your questions lacked an answer. Your definition for powergaming was merely 3 question marks, and we need to understand that you understand what it is, and how not to do it. Powergaming is against the rules, and accepting you without a confirmation of you understanding it, and acknowledging what it means for the server to do so. *cough* look to the definitions below* Another niggle was probably that you copied your metagaming definition straight from wikipedia, and the wikipedia one is actually not correct. Our server's metagaming is different, and you should take the advice in the paragraph, look at the definitions link. Also, try not to plagiarise, as it is illegal both on the server and in the countries law system. You should discuss more in your biography, let us know more about the events that has taken place in your character's life and how they have formed him into who he is.
