Death Of Valen Blackaxe

Death took another victim, our 'Old' friend Valen Blackaxe has died, not long ago.

As you all know he left Karik because of all the discussions about who the new King should have been, well he returned a few weeks ago, hooded, just to see whether everything was going.

But then Karik got mollested by that dark Creature, some say it is Undead magic, but some think it is a demon that had always lived there. Valen was just spectating Dwarves fall into lava, smashed against walls or killed by rocks falling from roofs. The Dwarves retreated because they knew they couldn't this fight, they weren't prepared. When I ran with a few Guards I spotted a not to big Hooded person, "He's probably a Dwarf, Because he isn't the tallest ." I thought, but when he turned around and took off his hood, I saw it was Valen, I was sure.

The Beast, it killed everyone who was in his reach, it then spreaded his wings and it actually started to fly through the Caverns of Karik. Valen and I just stared at eachother, Valen probably was shocked to see me with standing there with the crown on, we started to smile a little and we walked to eachother slowly but then running, he wasn't too close and seeing as we, Dwarves, are not as quick compared to the Humans, Elves or Orcs. Valen ran toward me and I toward him, the beast flew around, destroying bridges and buidlings, It broke the bridge between us, Valen fell, I couldn't see whether he was dead or he lived, so I ran towards the ridge. When I watched over the

Ridge, I saw Valen hanging, he then saw me and gave me a look of "Please, make me proud", atleast that is what it looked like, but however the moment was just short because when we looked at eachother for a short while the stone broke and he fell, far into the deeps where dark resides. "He was dead", that was the first thing going through my mind. I ran, towards the exit, when I got up at the door they were waiting for me and when I got through they closed the door, at that moment I realised another close friend had fallen, but this time right infront of my eyes.
