This is your last Warning to have your home to both following Building Code and to mark it as NOT being Abandoned! Follow the guidelines below so your home does not need to be altered by the Princedom!

Make sure your sign is placed outside your door as well! It must look like the following:

This isn't only to display that you have bought a tree but also to show that you haven't abandoned it by making the change! All houses without an updated sign will be reclaimed!

Just a Warning that you have until the 24th of March to comply with the building codes. In addition you need to place a sign in front of the door with the specific format. This part is very important as it will let us know who still lives in Elandriel. If you do not do this by the date due, the home will be reclaimed and no refund will be given.

Homes without the following label on a sign near the entrance by 03/24/2012:

Will be reclaimed by the city with no refund!

Homes that do not follow the building codes by 03/24/2012 will be modified until they do. If it requires the home to be removed, it will be with the materials dropped in a chest within the tree.

Homes that do not follow the building codes and do not have the specified label by 03/24/2012 will be torn down and the materials given to the city supply.

We understand this is rather harsh, but these building codes have actually been in effect for over a month. Most of the inactive owners have been inactive for about as long as well. If anyone knows any owners that haven't been around, tell them to contact us immediately. If unforeseen circumstances (computer down, sick, ect) cause one to lose a home, then we will deal with such on a case by case basis.

Updated original post with new warnings.

Homes have until the 24th (this Saturday) to get within building code and prove that they are not abandoned. We will start reclaiming homes and altering homes outside building code on Sunday.

I will add that in the reclamation process, items from chests will be appropriated for the use of the Princedom and homes will be modified to comply with the new building code.

Both of which will be done indiscriminately; again, it may seem harsh, but it is necessary as many of these homes have stood far too long abandoned.

((You have no idea how much I'd love to do that. We're totally capable of doing it, but removing all the leaves would be a long and painful process. Though that is really the hard part. Taking down the trees or even making them taller isn't terribly hard we have some awesome builders available.))
