Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I'm an Artist. I also have many other talents, but Art is my best. As well, I have a wonderful sense of imagination, which helps with my role-playing.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: I could spend between 15 to 30 hours a week on average.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: Role-playing to me is a way for anyone, with a decent sense of imagination, to become someone that they never could and/or always wanted to be. It allows freedom of the mind and expands the mind.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: I've done all tiers of role-playing (T1 through T3). Where I role-played, was online with MMOs, and also a little bit of Dungeons & Dragons.

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is: Meta-Gaming to me is the act of using your knowledge from the game that your role-playing character doesn't know and using it to assist them and/or give them an advantage.

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Gaming is: Power-Gaming to me is the act of over powering your character beyond realistic boundaries within the role-playing game.

What do you expect this server will be like?: An open and free land for my character to act like himself and be all he can and/or wants to be.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I have not played on any other servers because all the ones I found would charge me a membership and when I attempted to make my own, my computer couldn't handle it.

Character Name: Spirinyon

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

“My name is Spirinyon, I am a single child of a normal elven couple of Malinor. Since I was young I've had a good understanding of right and wrong, light and dark, good and evil, but what I didn't understand is why these boundaries are so set in stone. I believe in the power of darkness, but I also believe this doesn't make me evil, for I fight for others as well as myself relying on darkness as any other good-doer might the light.”

Spirinyon is a dark elf in his mid 200s, giving his appearance of a 23 year old human. He has stark white hair and violet eyes. He wears a leather coat dyed red with leather pants and boots. He also wears leather arm guards, a sword sheath on his back, and a belt for carrying odd things on his side. Lastly, he wears his father's old leather head band. Ever since a young age the edges of light and dark, good and evil, right and wrong, have always been in question by him. Spirinyon believes it is his task in life to fight with darkness, but with morally good justice in his heart. He is very clever and avoids entering a fight head on, but is very capable of holding his own if this is unavoidable. He is also very stubborn, but he keeps his emotions in check to avoid disagreements.

What is your Character's ambitions?: “My ambitions? My ambitions would be to go about living each day as it passes, going where the path leads me next. That is all.”

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc):”My blade has served me well in many situations, so I would say that to be my favorite tool.”

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents? “My talent? For as long as I've lived by myself I would say my talent is that of my mind. I've been called clever before and they were never wrong. For a hands-on skill though I would say my swordsmanship.”

Other Information about your Character: “Other information? I would think not. I'm most definitely not a simple folk but I wouldn't say I'd be the most complex either, so no.”

Open-Response-Questions

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond? “I would assist the halfling. I would bring those warriors down before they could realize I even existed. Then I would leave, I've done my part, the halfling need not worry about me.”

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? “I would greet him and respond with similar politeness. If something intrested me and I had the coin, I would purchase it, if not then I would leave. If something seemed out of place I would try to trap him in his words to see if he is a thief or a scoundrel and then act accordingly.”

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: “I would first before entering the hut I would see if the place has been trapped or if there were any signs of anyone owning the said hut. If neither proved true I would enter the hut cautiously and again look for signs of a trap. If again there were no traps I would count my blessings and take the golden sword and iron bars for my own.”

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond? “I would greet with equal politeness and then ask what they hold for sale. As like before with the well dressed man, I would inquire about their wares and purchase some if I had available enough intrest and coin. Although if anything seemed amiss I would try to seek out a lie and then act accordingly.”

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: “I would inquire more information from the town guard leader about the bandits if any was available, then agree to the task. After accepting the task I would go about disposing of the bandits tactically and efficiently. With the bandits disposed of I would return to the town guard leader and acquire my reward.”
