Sultan 3953 Share Posted March 23, 2012 ((I've been inactive for a while. but you can ask Mogroka, Syrila, UltraRed, Alikdoril... I came back to the orcish warnation as a whitewash and Syrila taught me the blah. You can't say I don't know your language if you don't even know my characters background. By the way, whenever I was on in the war nation, I never saw you either.)) (Still a Whitewash so is Syrila :3)
_pok_ 1768 Share Posted March 23, 2012 Stares at the Orc blankly, he shakes his head and snarls "Lat....blahun'....dat Blah am nub'ozh!? Raises his middle finger high in the air and snarls at the Orc with the iron jaw He then proceeds to turn to Nroca, watch Blawaharg punch him and then trudge over to Nroca where he shoves his foot right up Nroca's ass and parades him around the arena with his foot jammed halfway up his lower intestine. "Lat am nub'ozh albai skahin' dumazz skaher!" Glares at a grunt who is laughing hysterically as he watches Nroca being carried by Pok's foot being shoved up his ass "Lat wunt mai fuut up lat azz, huh? " He grins and stomps his foot into the ground, shaking Nroca off, which is hard because of how deep his foot is in lodged in Nroca's ass. Then he turns and points at the one with the iron jaw "Dat am wub 'appen tu lat uf lat nub leab in gahk zekundz skaher."
Ned Lud 1260 Share Posted March 23, 2012 ((I don't want you to feel unwelcome as a player, despite my abrasive tone. Many of us elders are just set in our ways and skeptical of reformed white-wash orcs, both IC and OOC. I do now recall seeing you a while back when you were seeking to get back to your roots and dabble in shamanism. In-character, you're probably going to take quite a thrashing, but we should be careful not to run you out OOCly as a player merely because you want to switch up your game a little bit. It was a well-written speech, despite it clashing with my character's core values, and if you're truly interested in rejoining the War Nation, you should feel welcome to it. My apologies for the initial arrogance, and it was arrogance. Back to the role-play.))

I knew that you guys would think the speech was OOCly great, but of course you wouldn't like it IC. Drakinroth stands aback, expecting negotiable response from those he called his friends. Instead, he receives negativity; taunts, threats, and insults to what he thought he had. As a garrison of orcs stand before him, glaring at him with sated anger, Drakinroth finally musters up some words to their reaction. Please remember this is all being spoken in the orcish language as my character knows it, and you read it here translated OOC. "I understand your hostility... Your customs of honor and traditions are more sacred than I ever realized." Drakinroth looks around at the orcs, then at his right arm. There, a hand is absent, and that hand is instead strapped to the belt of the preaching orc. "I once defied your laws of honor, and it costed me dearly... I should have learned after I had to have my hand cut off for my stupid insolence," he says, raising his arm, revealing more of a bloody stub which once carried a most useful organic tool. "I only wish that your race prospers far beyond others; but it is now that I finally realize that it will take years for me and my brethren to truly become the iconical name of orc." Drakinroth stares down a moment, pensively contemplating what to say next. "I... believe this is the place I belong. I have felt at home here more than anywhere. But I am too unaccustomed to your traditions, dangerously unaccustomed. What is next; I say 'Hello' instead of 'Ug' and my other hand is cut off? I bow once again, without thinking, and it is my head? No. I cannot take that risk. I understand the precautions you must take, but I cannot handle them without training in your ways." Drakinroth looks around at the now wordless audience. What would be next... They knew the capability of Drakinroth; his history, commendations. But, yet again, none of those commendations were with the orcs. In fact, a few were against them. Drakinroth understood this. A crazy, ludicrous idea popped into his head, but he quickly filed it... but once again it popped up. Maybe... I will post my idea in a seperate post. Please reply to that topic there.
