Edit:The sad face after the first sad face was a joke. Personnaly I find it kind of fun :)

- All normal members can now have up to 100 messages in inbox. (up from 50)

- All users can now send attachments in PMs.

- All VIPs AND Old Hats can now have up to 250 messages in inbox.

- Aether VIPs can now have unlimited messages in inbox.

- All users can now lock/unlock their own topics.

- Diamond VIP+ can now delete/restore their posts. (still visible to mods at all times)

In regards to the "popular" change, I would personally suggest having it 5-8 rep rather then 10, seeming posts can be "popular" with that lesser amount of rep, and how having 10+ rep on a post can be exceptionally rare, even for a well thought out and entrancing point.

You missed one part of that,

-Normal members are not able to click on their warning and view notes and reasons made by staff members. This defeats the purpose of the warning system and should be changed.

Other than that, the changes are great. Loving that we're really putting what we have to use.
