Character Skillset:

Blacksmithing: 25

-Being the son of So'Raggi a blacksmith Jiyra is being trained by his father to eventually replace his father as the blacksmith. Although Jiyra does not take much interest in his father's work his still has a basic understanding of smithing. And has the ability to repair tools and weak armor, though the quality of his work is low.

Archery:25

-Jyrid enjoys archery and even aspires to become an archer in the Kharajyr military once he is older. Jiyrid always carries his bow with him wherever he goes. Whenever he can get away from his father's smithing lessons and harsh training Jiyrid trains his skill of archery. He still has a long way to go but for his age Jiyrid is an adept archer although he has not shared this with anyone.

Hight: 4' 5"

Appearance: Short and skinny Kharajyr, Jiyra who looks much like his father Raggi aside from strength and size. He looks like the majority of Kha'Tigrisi and has a scar on his left eye from a smithing accident. He always carries his sacred bow and a few arrows with him at all times. Unlike his fellow Kha'Tigersi Jiyra is weak, many people believe it is only because he is young and has yet to grow. But his father Raggi thinks it is because he is lazy and tries to make his son stronger.

Personality:

Jiyra is a shy Kharajyr who spends most of his time following his father Raggi around. If confronted by people he is unfamiliar with or pose a threat to him he runs off to his father. Jiyra was born in to a wealthy family and rarely has to lift a paw. After being spoiled his entire life, he avoids work at all costs and when Raggi tries to teach him blacksmithing Jiyra runs off to practice using his bow. Jiyra only opens up to people who have shown they are trustworthy and have done a favor to him. He is unconfident and does not believe in his abilities. Jiyra is not very intelligent but has strong common sense.

Please include a short bio of your character's life:

Jiyra was born to his father Raggi and never heard of knew his mother. He was born into a rich family and spoiled rotten by his father. Once he was old enough, age 6, his father began training him to become a blacksmith. Although Jiyra did not care much of blacksmithing he gained the basic concept and could repair basic weapons and armor.

Whenever Jiyra got alone time he would spend his time practice using his bow. Jiyra has never gotten into a fight before, but he knows if he ever fights he would climb into the trees and use his bow to defend himself. His father hated this having the complete opposite opinion than his son. After training in blacksmithing and fighting Jiyra would run off and even began to resent his father. The only reason he still remains by his father's side is because this makes him feel safe. Jiyra is very shy and most people do not know why. While he was young a few other Kha'Tagarsi a little older than he was saw him as a perfect target being the weakest in the bunch. They always laughed at him, mocked him and even went so far as to beat him up and leave him unconscious in the wilds. This is why he always runs off to his father when he sees an unfamiliar or threatening face. But also whenever he tried to communicate with his fellow Kharajyr he was mocked. This is why today at an older age he refused to communicate with his fellow Kharajyr.

Now his father, one of the strongest Kha'Tigrisi, resents his son for being weak. Although he loves Jiyrid and has given him so much he wants more from his son. This has led him to force Jiyrid into uncomfortable situations, train him harshly in order to make him stronger and teach him as much as he can about smithing.

Character's ambitions:

Jiyra has a dream that he keeps secret from the rest of his family. He aspires to become a member of the Kharajyr's military. Jiyra does not believe that he can accomplish his goal. This is why he tries to train he skill as an archer so hard. But because he is so weak Jiyra is scared of being laughed at and mocked for sharing his ambition.

1.

As you travel through the Karakatuan jungle, you spot a human trespassing on your nation's lands. He approaches you, obviously distressed, and asks for any food, water, or shelter that you can provide, then tells you that he has been lost in the area for days without any proper supplies. How do you react?:

Jiyra would look at the human with disbelief and shock seeing a race he had never seen before. Although Jiyra believes that the Kharajyr are superior to all other races he does not believe in himself. He immediately targets an unfamiliar race as an enemy. He then would pull out his bow and start backing away slowly from the human, ready to defend himself at any given time. Then Jiyra would run as fast as he could to his father Raggi to tell him about the sighting. He knows that his father is strong enough and even enjoys dealing with other races.

2.

As you romp through the lands of the "apes", you come across a tavern. Inside this tavern, a Dwarf notices you and starts gawking at you, then begins to speak.

"Oi! I gots a bowl of cream for you, Kitty! Ha! I'd bet you would make a nice throw rug, wouldn't ya, ya mangy furball?!"

He continues act generally as racist as possible. What do you do?:

Jiyra would hold himself back from tears while staring at the dwarf. He would retrieve his bow from his bag and contemplate shooting the dwarf. Jiyra has never attacked anyone before, or even hurt someone. He would then run off after bursting into tears looking for his father. Jiyra is proud of being a Kharajyr although he is mocked by a lot of his fellow Kha'Tigrasi. If he were to ever see anyone mock his race Jiyrid would become hostile very quickly. But because he is at such a young age and has never tried to kill anyone before Jiyrd would just run off, very upset.

3.

One of your fellow Kharajyr and a close friend of yours comes to your dwelling in the middle of the night and begins to pound on your door. After you let him in, he confesses to killing another Kharajyr over a slice of cake. What do you do in response?

Jiyra would pause for a moment frozen and would not be able to speak. The thought that one of his fellow Kharajyr had killed someone over such a small issue although cake is important to Kharajyr culture. Jiyra would remain quiet. Finally after he could speak Jiyrid would quietly promise his friend to keep it a secret. He would never say a word to anyon about the incident. Jiyra would also avoid any contact with his friend in the future. This would be very surprising for Jiyrid, if anyone had earned his trust they would not be likely to kill anyone. But anything this as far as thieft to murder could destroy the bond made between him and his fellow Kharajyr. Jiyrid would be too frightened of the consequences to tell anyone even his father.

-While I am happy to see you have developed your skillsets with an explanation, and your bio and personality are creative,

-Your open questions made me doubt. You repeat way too much "Jiyra would", try to change, using different verbs than would, and not always his name.

-Watch out for typo errors who could be easily avoided by re-reading.
