“You see papers nailed on the walls speaking of the dwarven Farmers Guild. A group of people ran by a dwarf to help feed the Dwarven nation and its towns”

-Rules-

1. Yeh must not disrespect th' ‘ead Farmer. If yeh do, he might make a cacti grow up yer arse!

2. Yeh must collect yer quota each week. If yeh don't, th' ‘ead Farmer will fill yer 'ome with hidden TNT. (this means you take the amount you farm, add the cost and thats your total. you dont have to sell)

3. Yeh must plant back what yeh sow. If yeh don't, th' ‘ead Farmer will make yu fined 5 minas each plant not put back.

4. Only put what ye fam in each assigned chest not just randomly found or bought.

5. Put item in marked chest not in cluttered chests. (Keep it neat)

6. If ye need time off just ask we won't boot ye off the farm land.

7. Ye ‘arvest only in de day time, de ***’t is dangerous. (only farm during MC days, its RP)

-Punishments-

1. if ye are under quota ye shall be ommited the first time, after that ye have to pay your missing quota, third time ye must pay your missing quota doubled and are removed.

2. If food is missing ye will be fined what ye used. (you can ask for food)

3. if yur found not working, you will get punishments, 3 times offending this rule, yull be fired.

-Quotas-

Wheat: 4 double chest per farmer

Sugarcanes: 1 single chest per Agri.

Melon: 1 single chest per Agri.

Mushrooms: 1 single chest per type per Agri

Pumpkin: 1 Single chest per Agri.

Trade Runner Quotas:

1 new trade partner per week

1 new trade route per week (they trade to us too)

1000 minas in sales a week for the first 2 weeks

2000 a week after that

if you make over 5000 minas a week, you get a bonus

-Ranks-

If you take a job in the farming guild, you must live in Suraizz, a house will be provided at a low cost, and yur pay will be depending on how hard you work.

‘ead Farmer:

This role is the person who runs the entire operation, the head honcho. there will only be 2 head farmers

Agriculturist:

This role is the advanced farmer, the person with a higher skill that can actively farm advanced crops, such as cacti, melons, pumpkins, mushrooms and flowers (yes flowers)

We will be hiring 1 of this position for now.

Farmers:

This is the basic farm hand, you will only farm wheat and will be farming the most out of everyone else.

We will be hiring 2 - 3 of this position.

Trade Runner:

This is the fun role, you will be actively out searching large, medium and small towns... nations and what not to set up small trade routes. Trade routes will be kept on signs in your office.

T'e "places" yur gettin for free in t'e kingdom capitol and are small cubbies, some dwarves want more t'en a cubby.
