It's funny how Mandarin said that last time.

"I am gaining men and supporters at the moment.. You just under estimate my power."

Yet, the war was called off the next elven day.

*Sighs*

It wasn't the Manderin, it was the Merry Men's who did the last war claim on us.

Seventis doesn't use torture as it is inhumane and wrong.

Smirking sardonically, a hooded man steps up. Coughing slightly, he clears his throat, and begins to speak.

"While I can easily believe that King Renati is a man of honour, I however can attest to the fact that their military leader, Symodimi employs torture, for I was tortured, almost to death, by him, while several of his men watched on, cheering him on. I am sorry to say this, but perhaps King Renati must have a closer look at those he trusts, for it appears that he has been deliberately misled by one of his own. King Renati is a man of principle, and I believe that he thinks his statement to be true. Sadly, though not of his own doing, it is false."

Having said his piece, quickly he sidles away, soon melding into the forests.

To whoever said this, if I did torture you, I have no memories of it. To be quite honest, I tortured no one. I do not use torture even though I know how to do it. Like Renati said himself, it's inhuman. You are clearly lying here mate. If you think I tortured you then please, describe what I did to you. I'd like to know. I HAD specific methods before.

Actually I did torture people, but that was before I decided to join the Seventis Nation. I tortured people back in Aegis, but I stopped so it is impossible that I tortured you.

Ha, see? When you disagree with there ideas, they attack you with words and call you a fool. Others have been tortured, it is bad to see that others have been treated this way, but good to see others have stepped up to speak the truth.

This "mandarin", who makes my buttox scrap laugh, thinks that he can go up against 4 nations. He will be crushed, oh wait. He called off the war. Petty fool.

Hearing the Symodimi's hypocritical statement, the hooded man pauses in his tracks, returning. Coughing again, the man shouts out loudly:

"No doubt you remember me, but you just don't want anyone to know, but I will get it out. Allow me to refresh your memory then. I was he who found the key in the woods outside Seventis, I was he who used that key to get out of the city as nobody was at the gates. As you asked, I gave you the key later, then you and one of your men questioned me about how I got it. I gave my answer, and trusting as I am, I went with you to the cells to be questioned further. There, you and the girl-elf, and later another man questioned me for a while. It was at this point that you tried and failed three times to tie me up. You drew a blade, and began to torture me. I did not defend myself, even though I easily could have, for the law is the law. I was perfectly content to let this die down, for I forgive you. But hearing that someone else had also fallen victim to torture in Seventis, I had to make this known, hearing now that you had tortured in Aegis too. I have said all I need to say, but hear this: All those who think this 'Mandarin' to be a liar, you may be wrong, and he may be speaking truth."

Finishing his speech, the man leaves for good.

Yes, anyone can torture another being, its just if they have the heart (and evil 2a) to do it with.

Crow grins a bit under his ominous hood.

"I will watch you fall to Seventis's knees and see head removed from that disgusting scarred face. Consider this a one-sided battle, as the victor is more than obvious."

When I was younger, I did have the heart to do it. But now, it's different. My mentality changed. I am no longer the foolish young man I was before. ((And by the way it's 2b :P, but I have both anyways))

Out of breath, a thin, wiry man runs up. Panting, he looks up at the accused and starts speaking:

"I just heard what that man said, and I'm sorry about that. He's just a harmless madman, he really doesn't know a thing about this and that, he just puts names and places together, and just happened to choose you. None of what he said ever happened, I can attest to the fact that he has never even visited Seventis in his life. So sorry about this, now I need to get him back."

The man looks wildly around, unsure of where to go. A kindly man who saw where the earlier man had run off points him in the right way. He begins sprinting after the hooded man.

*Looks at the man*

Thank you "wiry man" for clearing this up. Like the man told you, I never tortured anyone when I was working for Seventis. But you all know, that I already did torture people in the past.

*He looks at the ground in humiliation then looks back up and says:*

I hope you people will, one day, forgive me for what I did in the past. Like I said not long ago, I was a foolish young man and I didn't know what I was doing. Please don't judge me by the past. Judge me by the present and you'll see that I not the man I used to be.

*Steps back and let's Renati speak*
