Halfling Roleplay

In the last day or so all the halflings i have seen have been ridiculously small but not even roleplaying it or roleplaying as something other then a halfling I don't even know what. A halfling is a generally even tempered race that is similar to that of a hobbit; loyal, friendly, honest, and caring. A quick few hints of how to role-play this are below.

First few hints: Be happy! Halfling are jolly creatures unless something happens to change them! They are not warlike and angry unless they have been wronged! They generally don't even travel very much unless they have a reason to, so find a place and stay put!

Next: Halflings are known for liking nature in some way or another, embrace that. My halfling is a druid and enjoying it. Be natural!

Last but not least: Halflings should never need a VA! An evil halfling would be like if a baby went on a killing spree, it just doesn't happen.

Some Halflings do need a VA. Halflings are mischeivous aswell as Jolly and are known to be great thieves. Halfling's are jolly , love to play pranks and most Halflings are good thieves , Halfling's arent all Caring , loving creatures , they just know how to have fun.

Yeah I have noticed that entire towns call themselves a "Halfling" Because they are a mix between northerner and southerner. I hate it and I really think it needs to stop. I have been a halfling for 3 generations and in-game hundreds of years and some of them try to challenge me on what a Halfling is. It is fine to be a mix of races but the official subrace is a merry and jovial little person who lives in a burrow and such.
