From my knowledge there is a Renatian city there, Crestfall Keep and an Elven port town. I can't remember the names of the elven town or the city.

The city there is called Vendere and the elven town is called Ceru, and yes Renatus did claim that land thats why vendere is with them.

EDIT: Renatus claimed that island as there holy land...
