"Welcome, one and all, to the Black Keep masquerade! All are welcome, and we hope for a large turn out! We will be having a ball, drinks, food, and one large party. We hope to see as many of you as we can. Costumes and masks will be required, as well as a secret identity that goes along with your outfit! Best costume even gets a reward! We hope to see you there!"

No. Black Keep is isolated, and we have taken extra precautions. Magic is being used to burn suspected cloths, and anyone suspected of the plague is being exiled. Plus it's so far away, that nobody bothers to go there.
