((After Oakwood, application acceptance will be restricted to players whom possess skills with 100 in a weapon class skill. However, applicants whom have a skill set of level 80+ in a weapon class and play during the American timezone shift will still be able to be accepted. There is a need for more members in my actual timezone period, so applicants with such criteria will have an equal chance of acceptances as level 100 weapon skilled players.))
