The CSM Company

Founders: Cultor Vallark, Symodimi Vallark and Mattias Abdiel Elkaxe

The CSM Company was founded by Cultor Vallark, Symodimi Vallark and Mattias Abdiel Elkaxe. The name of the Company is formed with the first letter of each of their names. This company will sell all sorts of items. Food like, fresh bread, apples and melons will be sold. Wheat and sugar cane will also be sold. Ores will be sold too! Iron, gold and sometimes diamonds! A list of what we are selling will be posted here. We are also going to be taking orders for the items in the list. And remember, we are currently hiring! Pay will be discussed when we will meet you. Another last thing, when the Runner comes to give you the money, pay him directly. Do not send us the money.

-Melons: 2 minas each

-Sugar cane: 5 minas each

-Apples: 2 minas each

-Iron ore/smelted: 15 minas/25 minas

-Gold ore/smelted: 100 minas/200 minas

-Diamond: 550 minas (If we have)

*Note that every delivery will have an extra fee of 5-10 minas for each 100 meters, whatever we deliver you*

Higher Ranks:

Supervisor, Mattias Abdiel Elkaxe: This man coordinates everything in the Company. He gives orders to the employee’s and his also held responsible for their actions. The Supervisor also makes sure that the workers are doing what they have to do and when they have to do it. This man has to make sure everyone (the employees) are happy working for the Company. He will also give a list of the amount of resources he want’s the “Gatherers” to bring back to the Base of Operation.

Treasurer, Symodimi Vallark: This man is responsible for the economy, finance and revenue of the Company. He is also the one collecting the money and the one redistributing it afterwards, to the employee’s. The Treasurer will manage all the money that will go in and out of the Company.Failure to manage the money of the Company will lead him to be fired.

Head of Defence, Cultor Vallark: This man takes care of protecting the runners if they are carrying high valuable items. His job is to higher some sorts of guards to protect the “Runners” and our base of operation. He will also make sure the “Runners” do not hide a single mina to the Company. And if they do hide some, he will take measures against these persons.

Lower Ranks:

Gatherers: These persons are the ones who gather the resources we will eventually sell. They are grouped in some sorts of teams to work more effectively. They will have to bring back to the CSM Company’s Base of Operation, a certain amount of resources that will be specified by the Supervisor.Gatherers will be paid by the amount of resources they bring back. So their pay always varies, there is no fixed salary.

Runners: These persons are the ones transporting the resources to the buyers. They have to provide themselves with, at least iron armour. This way if they are attacked they will be able to protect themselves and what they are transporting. But usually, if they transport high valuable items, they will be escorted by armoured “Guards”. A bit like the Gatherers, they will be paid each time they deliver the items to the buyers. They will get at least 25%-35% of the amount of minas we sold with what he tranported. Maybe even more depending on how much time it took him to deliver the wares.
