The Great City To The North

The snow whipped threw the window of my room. The chilled air on my face woke me. I slowly got up, resting on my elbow, looking out my window at the vast dark sky. The lights of the city weren't bright tonight from the cold wind coming from the north. A loud knock came from the door below me. I got up to look out my window to see who is was. There where two men wearing black coats and top hats. On one of the mans finger he had a silver ring with all sorts of odd letters and a big jewel in the center. It looked like a emerald but it had a slight blue to it. The door opened and I saw my dad, what was going on I thought? I crept to my door and looked out. My father and mum where siting at the table with the men. The man put the ring down and said "The boy must be ready. We need to teach him before--" He was cut off by my father "There will be none of that kind of talk". Then far away a roar, the room fell slight. "Get the boy out of here to the mountains" My father said. Mum started for the stairs, I dashed back in to bed when she opened the door and said "wake up you're leaving". I jumped up and packed a small bag. I was walked up the road on the back ridge with the two men. When we got to the top we could see the city but at far side I could see fire burning. There was a man standing on the other side of the valley and then it hit me the valleys walls of ice and snow were closing in on the city and that was the last time a ever say the city and the man who kill my family and the city. . .

I made this lore because I would love to see a one great city in ice and snow see people trying to live there in harsh cold and snow. It would be a great place for rp and it be fun place to look around find out the story's of the locals.

It does sound pretty epic but we already have way too many locations and cities at the moment which has made the player base way too spread out.

((Ice bergs are moving masses of ice, with no form of soil or any plant life apon it. Give that ice berg 3 years and you would see it floating in warmer waters, slowly melting away.))

(Well the ice was made by the evil guy who I have yet to name and i-t was made to stop the boy who could kill him. So it would sorta like a wall keeping the people in. The city is in side of a valley what if the ice covered, so it,s like a big ice roof to keep them in?)
