The ones I really like so far: Alternate stew recipe (Give pumpkins more use again) Alternate bucket recipe (For ale, since buckets aren't very important or valuable anyway) I would also like to see more use for slime, but can't think of anything right now... lemme try when it's not 3am in the morning. As a player role-playing dwarf this opinion is probably severely biased but still; if you can make pumpkin wine and ale, surely you could add other drinks. Here are a few simple ones. Cider: Ale but with apples. Maybe make it heal a little health. Rum: Easy, sugar cane. Maybe makes you drunk and increases speed for a bit. Sugar rush. Wine: Melons? Or perhaps just leaving it with pumpkin. There are more but I won't bog down this thread too badly. Oh, and maybe making ale in bottles, not buckets. While I like the idea of drinking from a goddamn bucket, they're a pain to make. Regardless though, love the new drink. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
Birdwhisperer 1174 Share Posted June 4, 2012 Apple cider, has the same effects as a potion of regeneration. Red wine, the equivalent to a potion of healing. Hot cocoa, aka a potion of strength. I'm not really sure what to call this one... anyway, swiftness! Cactus juice! It'll quench ya. It's the QUENCHIEST! Okay, just kidding... Also, adding a fermented spider eye to any of these, like this... Will turn them into a potion of either poison or harm, but should still seem safe at first glance. CeLiKuS27 0 Share Posted June 4, 2012 Some of mine: Pork Stew: Uses mushroom stew (like ale uses milk) and gives regeneration potion effect for 6 seconds. Beef Stew: Uses mushroom stew and gives instant healing potion effect. I'm assuming these would be possible, considering ale gives a debuff when you drink it.
