Hello, I'm here to talk about the slums. Just a few elven days ago I was claimed to Fix up the slums and turn it into a Nice Village, says the Emperor himself.

I will make the slums as nice as possible.

I will Be adding:

Houses.

Inn

Few shops.

One Blacksmith

((Any that owns a house in the Slums, you have two days to take your stuff!))

To me this sounds of a wonderful idea. The area seems a little run down and in disrepair. May I ask when it is possible to purchase a building in there?

*Halboron sits in the corner of the dark room that was once the house Elendil family home in the slum district. All the torches have long gone out, and the vines that were once tiny bits of green in the cracks of the walls have vastly taken over the space, adding to the mess of old unwanted belongings sprawled across the buildings floor. As he sits curled into a ball in the corner of the room, Halboron hears the man yelling of his plans for the slums outside. He stands, his legs shaking from lack of food and water as he does so. Halboron opens one of the wooden shutters that he placed over the iron barred windows of the home so many years ago, and slowly peers outside. He stands for a few minutes listening intently to what the man has to say, before swiftly closing the shutter and cursing under his breath. Knowing that he wont be able to hide here any longer, Halboron begins to pack what belongings he has into his pack so he will be prepared to flee when the night falls*
