Instead look for healthy and positive ways of expressing them. You are compromising your career Swearing is extremely unprofessional and could kill your career. I had a boss who used to curse all the time. She set the wrong tone for the office. She is saying this is not an office, it is a bar. Her cursing often offended her co-workers and clients. Needless to say after a couple of year she lost her job. Swearing makes you sound dumb. Think about it, cursing is a visceral form of expression. You hit your big toe in the corner of your bed at 2 in the morning and you can’t help saying: “Son of ahhhhh!” The pain is so strong and unexpected that you can’t really articulate what you’re feeling. But you are not in a situation of pain 24/7. All the other times you can easily put your mind to work and express yourself like an intelligent and articulate person."
