Members of the Polemistis can only be promoted one rank at a time.

If the Charakas wishes to leave or is removed a new Charakas will be selected by the Archontas and the Spartiatis by a vote, however members of the Archontas and Spartiatis must be nominated first, nominations may be declined. If a tie occurs during the official vote, the Archontas will vote on a member of the Anthropos to vote. Once the Anthropos member votes on one the tied nominees, a new Charakas comes into power. The organization and members of the Oupavoq government will not change.

If the Charakas dies, a new Charakas will be selected by the same process as if he or she was removed or wishes to leave, unless the Charakas writes a statement or speaks words of who the next Charakas will be before he or she dies.

The Charakas will be referred to and called as “Charakas” unless told to do so by him or herself.

Those within the Polemistis may question those ranked above them, however they must obey the orders given to them.
