*A cloaked figure posts a sign when nobody is looking.*

What is the nation that we live in?

The leaders promise pay, but do not give it when us,

the citizens, fill our quotas!

Shall we take this?

That is for you to decide.

*While walking around the Elven Lands Auvreaeath comes across the sign and laughs to himself looking around to see if the person posting the sign is still nearby.

"What fools our own have become, do they not listen to anything?"

*Walks off to fetch Dante and show him the sign

*Walks over before the men leave.*

"Gentlemen. What is this?"

*Reads poster, trying not to show that he put it up.*

*Stops in his tracks as he was walking to fetch Dante

Well, I myself am unsure but to my recent interpretation it is the clue that someone is going to be exiled

*Continues to walk off

Dante makes his way to the sign, being dragged by Auv. Scanning over it carefully, he makes his response.

"The effort you have used to put up these signs could have just as easily been used to discuss your payment in a civilized manner. I would gladly talk to you about your quota if you'd even allowed me the time to do so..."

"Ah... Just who I wanted to meet. I have been looking around the capital for a number of days, and in that time have thought 'If he will not show himself, then I shall draw him out.' This was just to draw you out."

*Pulls down the lone sign that he put up, knowing that very few saw it*

"I have amassed 1,475 sugar cane, well above the specified quota of 1,024 sugar cane. I have not seen any of the populous for days, so I decided to bring them out."

*Wonders why he's still dragging Dante as they reach the sign and Dante has begun speaking

"People have grown foolish and decided to take a new route to get things I suppose"

"As far as I can tell, you are not even a city worker for Malin. I've never seen you before, nor have any of the other princes and princesses."

Any city workers that have filled their quotas by the end of the last elven week have been paid. The ones with empty quota chests have not. It is that simple.

*Kaelin walks down the street, still embarrassed over his outburst when the Hooded Stranger spread his manifesto in the streets. He sees the sign*

"Hmmph. A disgruntled worker, or the work of that Hooded coward?"

*Kaelin sighs*

"Tensions are getting too damn high in this city..."

*He walks off towards the dock*

EDIT: ((Just realised that he took the sign down. Assume that Kaelin said this while Auvreath was dragging Dante over  ))

"Yet, I own a house and have a quota chest right by the supplies. I thought that I was a worker of Normandor's farm. According to the Hall of Labor, the quota for sugar cane is 1024, which I more than filled, as the farmers were requested to do. Either way, I have not seen any people for a number of weeks."

((Character name is Vindel, username is spiritoftheram.))

((I'll mark the house with my character's name. It was given free to me. The quota chest is right in front of the public farming supplies. The sign above it reads something like: "Vindel ((spiritoftheram))"

"Ah, so the prince made the mistake that caused my loss of pay. It is alright though. I really do feel terrible for what I have done. Take this load of sugar cane without paying me, but after that, I do wish to receive my minas for the labor I do."
