Skravian Boat Docked?

"Why hello,

If you're reading this I'm a religious man making a trip to Skravia, To overview it's scenery. But it's boat has been docked and I cannot go and observe the town's beautiful scenery. I request for one trip with my adviser or to open the boat back up for transportation, As this could damage that kingdoms reputation and economy. May the Aenguls watch over you.
