In-Character:

Character Name: Badstruk (he was disowned by his clan, and has no last name)

What Race are you?: Orc

What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs

long. This must include the history of your character and his life as

well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

The blazing sun beat down on the arena combatants. Badstruk's thick brown muscles glistened with beads of sweat as he stumbled to his feet again, kicking up clouds of arena sand, billowing into the surrounding crowd cheering for a victor. His opponent raised his crude knife high above his head, letting out a vicious roar for bloodshed, before bringing down the knife into Badstruk's back. Badstruk howled wildly, he sprawled onto the arena floor writhing in pain. Exile, the only thing running through Badstruk's head that moment, not the wound, not the blood seeping into the sand, but being known as a weakling grot to the nomad tribe. Badstruk was only 16 human years, and had many years left to live, but he would not be able to live them here, there was no honor left to bind him to his tribe, they would surely trample him if he were to stay, with no young orcs to look after, and no mate, he was nothing but a grot to them now. He had to go, his choice was made when he scrambled to his feet, the knife slipping out of his back into the sand. Badstruk started to sprint, weaving through the encampment huts, he outstretched his hand, grabbing a pickaxe that was placed on a rock. The crowd, outraged that there was no kill, started to chase after Badstruk. The hunt went all the way to the outskirt of the camp before they stopped, Badstrukk had ran into no-man's land, by doing so, he had lost any scrap of duty or honor he had left to his tribe and clan. Badstruk was still a loyal orc, but he was too cowardice to face his death so soon.

With nowhere else to go but pink-skin land until they forgot about young badstruk and his duty to death on the arena floor, he wandered through the treacherous sands. With only enough food to find to feed a half-ling, Badstruk starved like he had never experienced. Delusions of food and water lead him astray, losing his way in the desert storms many times. It was weeks before, on the brink of death, Badstruk stumbled upon a road cutting the desert in half, it would be dangerous to use an orc path, but this looked like the work of pink-skins. Badstruk was saved he thought, wandering along the road in the hopes of civilization. It wasn't long before he found sentient life along the road, a half-ling steering an empty wagon. In the delirious state Badstruk was in, he was not above eating a wandering half-ling, and boy did it taste good, he thought. With a quick soak of his blood in Badstruk's hair, he was off in the direction the caravan was leaving from. If he's got nuffin in his wagon, den dere mus be tradin' ahead! Badstruk realized as he quickened his pace.

Badstruk reached the town gates within the day's stroke, he used the sack of silver and gold he looted off the half-ling, and bought himself a tankard of fungus beer, and half a roasted pig. He would have to find work in the mines eventually, the sack of coins was not going to get him far. Start earning pink-skin money himself, and eventually gain his honor back, once an orc, always an orc no matter what. he may live in a humie town, but he will never join them.

Open-Response-Questions

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a

small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to

be trying to steal money from him, how does your character

respond?

Like every morning, I was on my way to the mines to make my living in pink-skin society, when Something caught my eye, two armed warriors harassing a half-ling. At first I ignored it, If that half-ling isn't strong enough to fend for himself against these men, then he does not deserve his riches. But that's when I noticed one of them pull a sword, I couldn't stop myself, my blood started to boil as my heart started to pump, the lust for blood was too much to fight. They hadn't noticed me yet, but I wasn't going to bury my axe in them from the back like a no-good elf, I made myself noticed by letting out a hearty call for battle. "WAAAAAAGH!" Hefting up my battleaxe, charging towards the men.

To be fair he was a skilled swordsmen, but a hard strike overhead would break any pink-skin parry. He dropped dead before he hit the ground. I didn't bother pulling the axe out of him, I just lunged myself at the next attacker, throwing us both to the ground. With broken ribs, there was not much he could to stop me snapping his neck like a twig. Before leaving, I slicked my hair back with blood, and handed the two heads to the petrified half-ling before letting out a hefty laugh, and leaving with my bloodied axe and my pick.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a

small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s

offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh

accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your

character response?

It's true his wares caught my eye. Ever since I've been mining, I have had an eye for gold and diamonds, but I will not tolerate his sneaky merchant tricks to try and sell me stuff I don't need.

"Listen 'ere pink-skin, I did not ask u for anyfing and you'd be wise to 'member that." I muttered spitefully in my best humie speak before prodding him with the end of my pick.

Guards took notice, their visors down and their hands on their sword hilts, they gather around. I'm not here to kill, but I'm sure not done with this slimy weasel.

"Ur junk means nuffin to an orc like me, an I am not fallin' fer your cheap triks!" I said loud enough for everyone in the vicinity to hear. This time I prodded him hard enough to push him back into the shadows of his tent. I made my way through the crowd angrily muttering in orc tongue.

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes

across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest

containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your

character respond?:

[This is taking place in my wandering to human civilization after leaving my clan]

I wander aimlessly through the dark forest, at least there is a bit more to eat in these green-lands(forest), but I only know what's food and what's deadly in the desert, but these green-lands are no place familiar to a nomad orc like me. I can't tell if I'm hallucinating the hut or not when I see it through the morning mist. When I feel the old wood with my hand i know that this is no hallucination and there might be food inside, being an orc is hard when there is no food to feed on. Breaking open the door with brute force, I rummaged through the house, a chest is sitting alone on the opposite side of the cottage. When I finally heave up the lid, all that is to be seen is a few iron bars and a golden sword, hardly a fighting stick, and there's no good now for iron bars when I can't even find my way to other life. I grunt angrily as I made my way back into the misty forest.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across

a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in

the common tongue, how do you respond?

I greet them like any orc would greet each other, I start by punching him hard in the face, he recovers quickly and gives me a head butt, I recover slower due to starvation and sleep deprivation. He smiles a toothy grin before he notices a wound on my back, as if finally gets through his thick skull who I am, his light and happy expression turns to one of hate and disgust. He's calls for the other orcs to hunt me before I break off in the opposite direction, there was no way I could kill them all, and already being a coward by running for my life in the arena, there is no point in staying to fight to death.

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside

the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered,

and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of

the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How

does your character act on this information?:

Coming in from the mine after a hard day's work, with sweat still on my brow, the guards approach me. At first confusion fills me, why are they fully armed? Are they here to kill me? I reach behind me, and firmly plant my hand on my axe, ready to draw and swing at the nearest guard I was eyeing.

"Easy there, we are wondering if you would join us in removing some bandit scum down the road, there is a reward in it for ya if you come." The watch commander says hesitantly, expecting me to lash out judging the position I was in at the moment.

At first I was instinctually thrilled for a new kill to add to my hair, but after a moment of consideration I dismissed the idea. I came here to refuge and build my honor with my orc brethren, not work directly with the pink-skin soldiers, they are a distrustful and unworthy race. Even if the pay off could cover a day or work in the mine, I was in no mood to give up my morals so easily.

"Go bother sum other orc, pink-skin. I gots no time fer you lot." I said quickly before turning and wandering towards the Inn, a nice tankard of fungus beer should warm me right up.

Under Review Accepted

Decent application, you did what was requested from you last time and improved your application greatly, now I was not able to see your skin for some reason so I just used Minershoes, please do not forget that if you do not wear an RP-ish skin you will be exposed to a strike or a ban.

From this point on you will have to expand your RP'ing knowledge by in-game means, good luck out there!
