The Reform Of Holm

Caoimeh walks quietly through the empty streets of Holm, armored heels clicking against the carved stone of the street. She looks about, hands folded behind her back as she stares across the snowy expanse of the nation. There were far far too many homes, too many empty lands. There was a lack of space within the deteriorating inn, no form of structured education, nor a place for the wounded.

It was time for reform. It was time to begin the process of repair upon the broken hearted land.

Caoimeh found herself back in the palace, soon to become her own home. She sat at the desk, and rolled out a small map of Holm, reaching for the various oiled paints, carefully working to improve the appearance of the struggling fledgeling nation

[[We're going to be taking down a couple of the houses. If your houses are one of those to be torn down, just go right ahead and pick out a new one, and we'll help you move. We're going to be doing a major structure and cultural reform. Please be patient, and pray this is the last time we pull this crap.]]

Now added, a work in progress of the clothing culture of Holm. This is meant to help inspire skins for people living within holm that want to make their character seem more.. well.. like they live in Holm! X3

Its nowhere near done, and no, you don't HAVE to make skins form these concepts, or even match them exactly, its more so you start getting a stamp on the cultural imprint Holm has, and.. yeah I dunno where I'm going with this..

..I'mma just post this and shut up.

My everyday outfit has been short on layers whenever I visit Holm and as such I often shiver and stay indoors. I feel my captains garb is a bit too much of a uniform for everyday walking the streets as a Lord of Holm. I would love to have an outfit fit for a Lord that will keep me warm when I am out and about the nation. It would be nice if it had a hint of captain-esque style too it as I am a man of the sea.

I may make it myself, but if you have something already or a style you would like to be seen used that you drew up, I am accepting suggestions.

Actually Dash, there on the second row is an outfit meant for a young noble lady, made of pleated hide, sealskin, and caribou pelt with thick woolen cloth. You could do something similar to that for males. Id suggest rply you make it of snowhare fur, which is soft and warm, and sealskin, which is waterproof and can actually be skintight, and is surprisingly warm, especially hair side in.

Also, on the second row, sixth down going from the left, is a design that is currently unfinished. It was a design for noblemen and lords. Its design is still iffy, along with the festival dress beside it. One of those two would probably be best, I'll see what I can do once the workload lessens slightly.

(( I'm pretty sure the one on the second to last row on the right side is the uncolored starting outfit that Link has in Skyward Sword... And all of those outfits I feel like I've seen before somewhere... ))

Probably seen on one of my five million other art accounts I have at various art sites. I've been tearing apart old work and refurbishing it to ease the load on some of the crap I have to deal with.

And I've shown you all this before, Corn. I sent it to you back when we were still playing mabi. Though I doubt you remember anything I've ever drawn.

Current prices:

Current prices for apartments are truly broken. I will do this in comparison to the middle class housing we have.

Middle class housing:

2 floors

Full customization

When bought, they are payed for.

Price: 5000

Apartment/Lower class housing

1 floor

No options or customization

Rented, not bought.

Price: 1000,1500,2500

Square meter pricing(Per block)

Mid-House : 41

Mid-House w/ Basement : 17

Lowr-Apartment 1st floor : 25

Lowr-Apartment 2nd floor : 19

Lowr-Apartment 3rd floor : 31

These are very unbalanced numbers So propose a change in price. Houses are fine as they are since they are bought, and not rented. However the partments have a price set up for selling and it would much easier for us to sell them if they were a much lower price and rented - not sold.

My proposal:

These prices are based off of 6 minas per square meter(block)

1st floor: 350

2nd floor: 300

3rd floor: 500

And this would be a price payed weekly along with taxes(Currently : 150 per head)
