Wedding Invitation

As you walk by the message board, you see a new post.

Written in gilded ink, it reads:

To all of the citizen's of Haelun'or

You are all invited to the marriage ceremonies of Seth Calith and Aelia Adrenn.

Let all who wish to bear witness to it come and watch.

Festivities such as feasting and socializing will be held shortly afterwards.

Ardene stands and reads the letter and she raises two eyebrow.

"My my, she's been here for two elven days and she's already engaged..."

Chieftain Ereinion sits, cross-legged, in a patch of grass within his camp when a Warhawke scout approaches him. Rei's eyes were closed and his head was slightly bowed. The scout speaks quickly and with haste as he repeats everything he'd heard in the towns that he'd been ordered to scout...

"The High Elf that you ordered me to keep an eye on..." The scout says, pausing to see the Chief's reaction. The Chieftain peaked open one eye, looking at the scout, before closing his eye once again and continuing his relaxed state. The scout continues, "He is to be wed."

The Chief breathes in deeply through his nostrils, leaving his chest puffed out for a few moments. He breathes out once more and gives the scout further orders, "Learn more. I want dates, times, a list of the invited. Watch them from the shadows. Deny any relation to the Warhawke if you are caught."

The scout nods, committing the orders to memory and running off once more.

Zahir stops when he see the name seth an begin to read it.

''Seth is getting married, hmm yes I think I must have bought some new clothes for it. and I let my sword at home for now.''

Arya sits beside her husband, Ereinion, in the Warhawke Camp as he receives this message.

She smiles slightly, trying to suppress her gladness from her love. She looks down remembering when she first arrived at the Silver City, Seth opened the gate for her. A pang of guilt stings her, for she has turned her back to her own race out of pure selfishness. Though she is happy for Seth that he has finally found love in the cold city people call Haelun'or.

She looks up at Rei and smiles faintly before she stands up and goes inside of their cabin to check on their daughter.

Rolen walks past the notice board. He doesn't normally stop to look, but something catches his eye as he passes. The gold writing stands out on the board. He reads through the note.

"Seth is getting married? Huh, how did I not hear of this before? He's marrying Aelia? Hasn't she been here for only a few elven days? That was fast... Well, I'll have to go congratulate Seth when I see him next."

He continues walking, now keeping an eye out for Seth.

"Hmm.. I wonder who he will pick to be his best man..."

"Ah so this is what Aelia was talking about. Well I guess I will go. As I already said I would."

Nigh approached the moment where yet two more professed kindred spirits - children of Haelun'or - would grace with ceremony the ancestors. Afloat amid sanguine tides, such displays proved beacons in the red haze that swept across the realm. As they always had done. Silent in leisurely contemplation, the Maheral mused to himself. Not a day for war. Not a day for the ephemera. Today for love. Almost in protest did he announce to the air:

"Today for life."

Sand seeped through the funnel of the hourglass in the study, but he did not notice that now; flowers gave sweet fragrance to the air.

*Haldir Isilvis slowly walks by the message board and takes notice to the word marriage. Gets mildly excited and decides to attend so as to get to know other High Elves and congratulate Seth, the guard.

"The wedding is moved due ((crash)) the word of Faerni's return, so we moved it by 1 elven day so she could also be at her first wedding in Haelun'or, I hope this will work out with all citizens. -Seth Calith."

"I would suppose it would be held in the college's class room as it has been done with the two last weddings, it will be at the same time as before the moving of date if you also was un-secure on that oem."
