It has come to my attention that our current government is not documented anywhere I can reliably find it. The only document which I have found on the subject of our government is - "The Ellir Reform" which I have been told by Lucion Sullas is no longer in effect. Might an updated document be posted for the Mali'aheral of the town?

Seeing the message upon the notice-board, Lucion rummages around in his coat and pulls out an old, weathered piece of parchment. He attaches it to the bottem of the notice-board, and quickly goes about his business.

-Happening to see Lucion pull the wrinkled sheet out of his pocket and post it to the message she had just read a minute ago, Suika is surprised that he carries the entire law in his coat at a moments notice. Suika waits for him to leave before she reads the note, affirming that it is indeed the entire law. Trying to keep herself from laughing, she holds her lips pursed together but still smiling as she watches him continue to walk down the road, her eyes themselves laughing as she lets slip a brief laughter. Suika then turns the opposite direction smiling and keeping her composure, parasol in hand, and walks.-
