HappyShacks 6 Share Posted July 17, 2012 Banned people from LotC migrate to CD like 90% of the time. And a few of them even plot to harass GMs and other staff, just not openly. You're so presumptuous it's adorable. I don't understand. How is that slander? It isn't slander if it's true-we've already had members banned from LotC congregating there and doing nasty, trolly and flamy things on our forums. I do not care for Celestial Dreams. I care for Lord of the Craft. Slander? No. Realistic. And remember, every rage post you make (Blundermore) just feeds my trollish powers. This is one of those times, Arik, where you just need to be quiet. This isn't true-if they continue to DDoS, they could effectively shut LotC down. Blocking activity on the server and forums prevents member access, and with enough lack of access, members will be forced to move on due to frustration or lack of choice. If you look at LotC like a business, DDoSing it would be blocking critical business and could very well be fatal. It's like you're purposefully giving them strategies to destroy your server. Again, just stop talking. We owe Vaq one guys!!! Y'all need to stop putting Vaq on a pedestal. The best way to turn someone into an ass hole is to give them more praise than they deserve. He's helping, but he's not jesus. Don't pray to him. This server definitely couldn't go on without you Vaq! Keep up the good work! Yes it could, lol Anonymous is made up by a bunch of teens that think they are hackers because they can make a ddos attack. Even though a ddos is one if the most easy things to Do on the internet. It when he says over 200,000 independent ip addresses what he means is that is how many slave ips are involved. Usually ddos only have one to three masters with all the rest being slave ips usually shackled when you click on certain things or download certain stuff off the Internet. Anyone can be a slave ip if their not careful and track their Internet usage. Ddos is usually effective because you can't find out who the masters are usually. So you end up banning and shutting out many of the innocent slave ips to deal with it. Japan and Ukraine are not the cause of this itself. It is just whoever this master(s) is have spent a lot more time than usual gathering slave ips For some reason, Blundermore, I find this post very, very stupid. I can't put my finger on it... I do agree, after snooping on Celestial Dreams i've seen Alpha, Sawses and HappyShackles. I also was the witness to a message, HappyShackles admitted to DDoS'ing. There's a lot of things I didn't do that I've been blamed for, so I guess I should assume stuff like this would happen if I decided to troll. Not that I care. Y'all should know everything I say should be taken with a grain of salt. No way I could do this. It's funny and a bit flattering that you think me and susi were a part of this, though. Of course, I don't agree with whoever's doing this. There's a lot of cool people still on LotC that don't deserve to have their roleplay stripped from them. And with that, I bid you all adieu. P.S. Perhaps you should try and understand what I was trying to say before you called me stupid as that just makes you an even bigger idiot than anyone of us here. I think I shall go tell countjuno on skype about this... they have a policy against attacks and posts like this. Hope you don't mind getting banned from there as well happyshackles.
