Regarding the Houses in Sanhar

Evictions will now be starting. So i just want to let you know how you can be evicted.

Evictions and How long you have to get them sorted

- Unauthorised Basement - Two (RL) Days

- Unautorised Changes to roof - Two (RL) Days

- Making the house very ugly - One (RL) Day

- Being Inactive in town - I monitor this, and you will get no time to sort it out, you will be evicted straight away, But you have 1 week of Inactiveness before oyu are evicted, You MUST tell me if you are going on holiday, if you dont, tough luck.

You must get planning permission for Basements from Myself and the High Architect who will replace Tirok.

Evictions are Evictions, you dont get any refund at all, if you want your house back you will have to buy it at its full price. You will not get your stuff back and it will be confiscated for the Free use of Sanhar, we will be holding events soon where everyone gives to the Poor.

Also. I would like everyone to remember Tirok and Gorefang as they will be moving onto New projects, Gorefang to Fort Krug and Tirok will be owning a new Goblin Town. They have been wonderful members of the Sanhar community and it will be hard for their replacements to fill their shoes.

We are also looking for a new Consul of Diplomacy in Sanhar, after Dominus Thyst was killed in Battle, please ask me if you would like to take up this job.

Well, excuse me but i'll tak for her as she doesn't visit forums ((she hates it)), Elaine became Sanhar Architect and something that way i was before Dominus. So now she cares about housing & building in Sanhar.
