I. Homes are now for sale for 3,200 Dnurms outside the gates of Arethor. If you wish to purchase these homes you must contact Lord High Treasurer Patrick Denims, or the Rt Hon. Lord Therving. Estates within Arethor are currently unavailable but will be for sale for 9,600 Dnurms in the near future. Lower class housing are also unavailable at the moment but will sell for 1,200 Dnurms in the near future. II. Tithes and taxes of property outside of Arethor is now 96 Dnurms per elven week. Within the walls of the Capital shops are now being taxed at the amount of 116 Dnurms. Low class housing taxes are now 84 Dnurms. Estates taxes are now 157 Dnurms. III.
