So, i'm starting a new Halfling character for the first time and I was wondering a few things.

1. Where do most Halflings live? I heard something like the Vale, but I cannot find it =/

I believe there is a boat at the cloud temple docks.

I managed to find it the traditional way though; I picked a direction and ran, ran, RAN!~ Much more fun!~
