Advertisers and Repetitive People in General

After hearing a old man yelling across the Cloud Temple you see the head monk with Caradoc standing next to him. The head monk continues yelling at the people standing near the Orcish gate.

"All advertisers and people here to spread word of their things are to leave the temple unless here for another reason!" He yells out with all of his might.

Soon enough, you see the people begin to scurry and leave behind a less loud, and harmonic environment. With a tap of his cane, the head monk nodding and hobbling off to other more important duties.

A sign can be seen hanging from one of the notice boards, a fine calligraphy written along the tapestry. You narrow your eyes along the text as it reads:

"From this point on, those whom are here to advertise or otherwise yell at the local passerby are to only come back if they have true purpose. No longer will people shout at them the same thing over and over. The Sanctuary is a place of harmony and serenity, not a place for high business and recruiting."

After reading, you notice the lack of the shouts, and a much calmer environment then there had been before. The silence and serenity flushes through the area gleefully, leaving many happy in its' quake.
