Kyral looked up to the stars that blanketed Alras, grumbling as she looked about. She had worked on Alras so hard this past year, and yet nothing was done, there was nothing here except for an expanse of land. Kyral continued to stargaze, sighing heavily as she pulled from her bags a map of her Territories, as well as Salvus, the Oren land of which she was made Queen of.

How, how could she have grown from a fledgling city to a up and coming booming Nation? How could she have done all this work, when a single drop of blood had not been shed? Was she really this good at politics? Why, of all things, did she let herself go overboard?

The answers were simple, clear as the night sky that looked over her with a cooling gale of gentle wind. She was built to lead, built to be a political machine, built to be a diplomatic machine of which none has seen. Kyral was what Kyral needed, and not because she wanted it, but because fate decided it for her.

And soon, fate will play a hand in the deck of cards known as Kyral’s life.

Upon the wings of freedom.

Kyral looked back to the stars, ears twitching as she took her crown off, letting her newly colored brown hair fall from her head, rough like the earth, hitting the small of her back as Four Royal Guards walked to her. Wearing the newly forged Royal Guard uniform.

“Your majesty, you should come in, tis getting late and you can use your rest.” The one Royal guards said, his voice echoing in the suit of steel, the cold wind howling through his armor as it played a soft symphony.

Kyral nodded softly, giving the skies a brief look as the stars shimmered brightly, Kyral retiring to her room as she rests with her children.

“Tomorrow, history shall change. I just hope that what happens next does not lead me into despair.”

Kyral woke up to the sounds of crying, Taera had barely gotten any sleep as she held Taera close, hoping to put her to ease as kyral tried to get her to sleep.

No such luck.

Kyral stayed awake as Taera, groggy and upset walked around in their room, Taera, exploring one of the books, pulled out a hidden note and looked at her mother.

“Momma, what's this?” she said, tilting her head as Kyral looked at the letter, tilting her head as well as she took the note gently, as to not show frustration from lack of sleep. She opened the note, reading the words out loud, as was part of her children’s routine to hear her mother read in order to teach them how to properly speak.

“ The Aeroch Nor Dependency Pact.

I Queen Kyral, in order to establish the Realm, call for the realm’s dependency of an established nation of racial origin, if it be by Orcs, Dwarves, Elves or Humans. To establish the connection of the Realm and the Nations, we must look to the benefits of having such a close ally.

Should the dependency prove to be ineffective, we, the Realm of Aeroch Nor and any existing territories of myself may separate, in order to seek out a much more reliable nation for our continued existence. However, we must seek to remove ourselves peacefully, so our old nation of which we have been with does not become our enemy.

Aeroch Nor exists to be a extension, but we also exist for the people. As such, should the people decide we must separate, then we shall.

Signed - Queen Kyral of Aeroch Nor”

Kyral looked up to Taera with a smile as she spotted that Taera had finally fell asleep, picking her up carefully as Kyral put her back to bed. With a few hours remaining, Kyral began her preparations, she would make the trek to the Dwarves.

But for now, sleep, sleep was what she needed. For soon, Aeroch Nor would attempt to leave the nest.
