Um... hi. Not really sure why I’m doing this, other than the usual explanation of why the heck not. So... yeah. I’m Everblue, or Blue, or EB, or Josef, or Kernith, or Kernel, or Verblu, or Timmy, or sometimes Ever, even though that name was already taken.

OOC stuff. I’m twenty years old, from Alberta, Canada. I’m in my third year of university, history major and political science minor. I love what I do, but the amount of papers and exams and assignments and presentations and readings really sucks the time away. If you ever want to know more about thrilling topics such as the social creation of masculinity among working class Canadian men during the Great Depression, hit me up. I also work part time and am involved with a Model United Nations. If anyone has ever heard of MUN before, you win a cookie. I tend to be fairly immature and childish at times, while professional and serious at others. Cupcakes are the greatest food in the universe. Yellow and purple are awesome. My whole life I’ve been an avid reader and only started playing video games in force starting around six years ago. I highly enjoy the Harry Potter series, Inkheart, Scott Pilgrim, The Westing Game, A Bird in the House and the series by Kathy Reichs. I’ve played several Zelda, Harvest Moon, Pokémon and Super Mario games, The Sims 2 and Minecraft. I don’t have a steam account or buy a lot of games, really. I prefer to find a favourite and play it for a long time, which is the current case with Minecraft. Favourite movie is Chicago. Favourite TV show is Corner Gas, with Whose Line is it Anyway? and The Big Bang theory running close behind. My taste in music is extremely eclectic. I tend not to like certain genres or artists but specific songs. As an example, the next five on my playlist are currently Hung Up by Madonna, Fallen Kingdom by CaptainSparklez, She’s Got Nothing On by Roxette, Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen and White and Nerdy by Weird Al. I enjoy writing, but usually don’t like what I write and don’t let anyone see it. I'm distracted ridiculously easily, and tend to procrastinate... a lot. In fact, I should be working on an essay right now. Well, not one essay. Four.

I started playing Minecraft in December of 2010, I think. It was right before Beta was released, anyhow. For a long time I played some small, unoriginal and largely boring survival servers. It took a while before I found LOTC, and ever since then it’s been a fantastic time. I won’t get too much into my role here, since that was covered in another post. Some of you might know me as an App Team member, or a wiki editor, or an LM, or a forum RPer, or the Head Scribe of the Holy Oren Empire. I tend to keep busy. The characters I’ve played are in my signature.

What do I like best about LOTC? First, the opportunities it allows. You can RP as so many possible characters. If you want to ‘move up’ in the world, you can do that. A simple farmer can one day become the King of a nation, for instance. If you ever get bored of a character, it’s quite easy to kill them off and start a new one. There are also the OOC opportunities, getting involved in the forums or TS or applying for staff. Having the opportunity to always be working towards a goal and improve yourself is definitely something that drives a lot of players, myself included.

What else I like is that LOTC lets you be a part of something far larger than yourself. We have a massive community here with several thousand active players. The scope and scale of the server is just incredible. I mean, having 100-200 players on average online is just way beyond the capabilities of at least 95% of any other server. Having that many people really makes Asulon feel alive. So does the architecture. The world feels really vast for me, and exploring is still a lot of fun. Aside from the server itself there are also the forums, the wiki, youtube videos, the TS and other places where you can do LOTC related stuff without actually RPing.

So... any questions?

Well I'll be damned, another History Major! I am desiring to try to focus my lens in terms of major on pre-Islamic Arabia and the peoples therein such as the Himyarites, Qatabans, and the Sabaeans, I am in my second year. I have yet to pick a minor, but I am currently delving into the possibilities and I've become very busy with assisting a Student Justice for Palestine organization at my college. Good to see your keeping into your studies, while also finding time for a bit of cool-off entertainment!

Is the plural form of moose mooses or meese?

Do you have several different kinds of maple syrup in your house? (this is actually slightly serious, as my good Canadian friend actually does, fitting a stereotype we have down here in the states :P)

Are you from Calgary, and if so, do you know Dakota Smith? (I doubt you would, Calgary is pretty big, but it's worth at try :P)

Now onto my more serious questions:

Not really a question, but I haz duh MUN's. I took it as a class last year and this year at my high school, and helped found the Model UN Club at my school. We're going to a Conference this February.

Also not a question, but YUS CUPCAKEZ!!

Why are you so awesome? #FANBOY4LYPH (I agree with Monkey)

Wanna Arr Pee sometimes? I think that would be fun.

Crispy bacon or chewy bacon?

If you had to rate me on a scale of blue to orange, what would I be?

That's all the questions I can think of right now.

More often than not, it's the other way 'round.

Is the plural form of moose mooses or meese?

Mooses, of course. It's like the plural of mongoose, which is obviously mongooses.

Do you have several different kinds of maple syrup in your house?

Yes. One from Quebec and one from Ontario.

Are you from Calgary, and if so, do you know Dakota Smith?

I'm from Edmonton. I know no one of said name.

o.O You're like, the first person ever to know what MUN is. You get a cookie.

Always take my vitamins.

If you can find me.

Crispy bacon or chewy bacon?

Crispy.

If you had to rate me on a scale of blue to orange, what would I be?

Banana.

"Okay... urhrh...."

A teenage kid clicks open a new tab, and types in a website hastily. He clicks on a small button, reading, "I forgot my password". Then, the boy enters in multiple emails, before finally gaining access. He occasionally pops back to this thread, and tabs out, typing furiously into his keyboard. The boy frowns slightly at the Security Questions...

"H-hey Timmy? What is your favorite place to visit? Oh, and your first pet's name?... That is, if you have one... or, had one?"

Lichen is an adorable fish name!

I remember naming my first fish Steven. Then again, I name EVERYTHING Steven.

I throw a master ball, capture you, then breed you with diddo. Then free you, letting you feel violated afterwards.
