Character Race:Elf-High Elf

Character biography - Make this at least 2 paragraphs long, which must explain your character’s history, appearance, personality, age and any other details you deem necessary: Arial Meadowbloom grew up as a High Class Elf. She had it all. She is 6'8". She has gorgeous white hair. Piercing blue eyes. She has great parents. A luxurious home. And all of the things she desired. She lived most of her days, co-running an herbal shop with her mother, while her father served in the sentinels of Malinor. As he lived her days in the shop, she constantly wondered what was out there, on the horizon. Even though her mother reiterated constant stories of danger and nefarious creatures, Arial still desired to explore the world.

As Arial was walking the streets near her shop one cold afternoon, she was knocked over by a High Elf, shrouded in a leather hood. As the elf helped her gain her foothold, he unmasked himself. The elf who stood before her was a tall, platinum haired trainee, by the name of Kael’Thes Goldenheart. As they spoke, they both saw a glimpse of something in their eyes. Before she could introduce herself, the man was off. He exploded into a burst of speed down the road, never uttering another word. Arial walked away with bruised leg, back to her family shop, wishing to meet the mysterious elf for second time. She thought nothing more of the day, until 10 years later. It was the promised time. The monks had promised salvation in Asulon. As Ariel boarded the boat, she caught glimpse of a familiar hood. It was him, Kael’Thes Goldenheart. The time for a more appropriate introduction was now. Over the weeks on the ships, the two grew to be the strongest of friends. They were selfless to each other. Sharing the morsels the crew would spare for the passengers. Never leaving one another’s side when one was sick. Then the unthinkable happened. The crash. As the ships crashed into a cluster of islands, the two were separated as the boat was torn in two. As a beam of wood fell, it hit Arial in her head, instantly wiping her memories of the past years. Arial now recovers from her amnesia. As she begins to remember her past, she searches for a familiar face. A faint glimmer, of what could be.

What are your characters ambitions?:

To make a living for herself, and regain memories of the past.

Arial is a deep and emotional character. She despises war and bloodshed, and will go to great lengths to prevent it.

Open-Response-Questions

Upon entering the Mighty Human City of Arethor, you come across a shop-keeper calling out to sell his wares to passers-by. The shopkeeper is not a Human, he is a poor dwarf looking to make a living in a new city. What is your response? Pitying the small creature with my sense of compassion, I walk up to the dwarf and ask what he has to offer. As he offers tools and food that appear to be of prodigiously low quality, I ignore their true worth and buy a basket of bread. I tip the dwarf generously, and start off on my way again.

You’re wandering the Oren Road late at night, when a large Orc begins to threaten a nearby dwarf. There is no help nearby, and the situation looks like it will escalate into violence soon, what does your character do? Catching glimpse of the violence, I immediately evade. I know the dwarf will certainly be harmed, but I cannot act in this cruel and tyrannical scene. I escape into the bushes, as to avoid confrontation with either patrons of the fight.

Whilst walking down the road to Malinor, you stumble upon an old man. His walking stick , looks weak and frail, and just as you are about to ask something, the stick breaks, and the man falls to the ground. As he falls down, a bag of Minas falls to the ground, and splits open. As you watch the multiple coins spill out, you peer down at the defenseless man. What does your character do?: Feeling utter sympathy for the old man, I offer him assistance. I walk down the road to the nearest bench and I sit the man down. I then run back to the location of the man's Minas and grab every coin that has fallen. I return them all to the man, and lend him my walking stick, and offer him to keep it. I soon return to the direction of my original travel, and continue on my way.

-Your bio needs to contain more server lore than just the crash and the boats.

-Your definitions are all correct, but I'd like you to expand a bit on all of them, particularly roleplaying.

-The open response questions are too short and lack substance.

-With your character in general, the only thing you explain about her personality is that she is strongly against war and fighting. I'd like you to describe more about your character's personality an behavior.
