Spark in the dark
Warmth of the Forge,
Ring of the Hammer
Strength of the Arm,
Axes shaped
Swords sharpened,
We are the smiths,
Grand Guild of Aegis,
The Forge is the soul,
Soul of the Dwarves,
Don't let it hush away,
Keep your hammer,
And do not sway,
For the hammering sound there,
in the blazing fay,
Of the Dwarven Fares,
Is the forge.

Written by Thrym Silverfist,
Final lines added by Phelrin Irongut and Dormin Doomforge.

Greetings Dwarves of the great kingdom of Karik! I am Dormin Doomforge, of the great Doomforged clan! This is the new, overhauled Tool Wruth Dath, previously known as The Smithing Guild! I will be a very strict leader, and things will change, for good, of course, but still change.

I will now detail the main changes;

-=A new Forge.=-

That is correct. The ranks High Smith and above will obtain the privilege of using The Doom Anvil, upon the Volcano near the Mountain. To use this powerful and mystery filled forge, you must ask Dormin, who will instruct you further.

-=New system to regulate inactivity and Leavings=-

A new system to administrate and manage the guild better. The ones absent will be visited regularely by the Guild's Golem; Sentient, a 9 feet golem, commanded by Dormin. If you decide to leave the Guild, you will find it quite intrincate. We want to stress that this guild is meant for joining. Not leaving.

-=New system of positions-=

The new system replaces Forge Lord with Forge Arch-Master. Adds 1 Teacher to teach the Low Smiths, and replaces some other names. (Elite Smiths are now Legendary Smiths, Arch Forgeman is now Grand Smith.)

((More to come.))

-= The Position / Ranks =-

Forge Master

The Forge Master leads the guild. His word must not be questioned if you want a permanent stay in the guild.

Dormin Doomforge ((darkjames))

Grand Smith

The Grand Smith is the second in command. His word must not be questioned, unless his word contradicts the word of the Arch-Master, in this case, you must obey the Arch-Master.

Farren Starbreaker ((AfroDave))

Legendary Smith

Legendary Smith is a position very difficult to gain. It is given to those who keep the knowledge of ether Runesmithing or Golemancy. A Legendary Smith has as much authority as a Grand Smith but should be given the respect that the Forge Arch-Master receives.

Tortek Silverfist ((AxMaynard))

Dormin Doomforge ((darkjames))

High Smiths

Veterans in the art, High smiths can repair diamond tools and have great role-play smithing. It is no easy thing to earn this rank

Empty

Honored / Mythical Smiths

Honored Smith is a rank given to those who were once a great leader of the Guild or a past elite smith who has done grate tasks. Though most importantly this rank is only given to those who were once with us though is now residing within the Khaz'A'Dentrumm, Halls of the Dead.

Gotrek Firemane ((chefbrando))

Thrym Silverfist ((NoobCrafter14))

Kanatar Blackaxe((Mabela23))

Arbrek Starbreaker ((zac20169))

Merrigan Tarus ((darkjames))

Teacher

Masters are a rank for those who want to devout themselves to teaching Low-Smiths. They count as High Smiths, as this rank requires their skills aswell, and is as hard to get.

Empty

Blacksmith

When you reach this rank you are no longer a learner but by no means an expert. Smiths at this rank can repair Iron and have decent knowledge of smithing.

Empty

Low Smith / Forgeling

All things start at the bottom. This position is for those beginning the craft. Smiths who can't yet repair chainmail fall into this category, also no knowledge in smithing is required.

Maellik Irongut ((NoobCrafter14))

Torbek Forkbeard ((The_GrandFather43))

Ellsia Dawnsworn ((Destroyer_Bravo))

Bael Tunnelsmasher ((Bipolar_Juice))

Thoromir Noclan ((Narthok))

Reklu Grandaxe ((Recon_Solier96))

Dain Irongut ((gamer9726))

Thak Irongut ((GavinTheViking))

Thengus Irongut ((sirbubbly))

Kors Terko ((Lexperiments))

-= Important Notice =-

You may notice that you have been put into the Low-Smith rank, this is due to a new policy in the Guild. To advance in the ranks, you will no longer have to be able to craft better, but you will have to talk to Dormin for duties, quests and so on.

-=How the guild works in the kingdom=-

We have our own forge, and the superior one on top of the Volcano. Members will be allowed to sell their spare materials, weapons and armors, that the legion don't need, to other Dwarves, but selling armors, weapons or anything to another race, is completely forbidden. The Arch-Master must be asked before any interaction between the guild and the other races is issued.

The Guild can take small councils for the election of Grand Smiths or High Smiths. Such councils will take place in the Doomforged Estate, The Doom Forge, or The Forge in the kingdom. To gain ranks, you must talk to the Grand Smith or the Arch-Master, who will guide you through the process, give you a quest, or simply tell you why you are still not ready.

The Guild will have a place in the Lower-Council, where Dormin will represent it, and will defend it until his last breath. Dormin is currently trying to make a pact with Yemekar's Pick, to obtain better materials, and quicker.

Dormin stomps in the Forge, yelling;

MC Name: Narthok

RP Name: Thoromir Noclan

How skilled are you in smithing:Thoromir is a pretty skilled smith (( i was a level 80 blacksmith before the stats switch and what not..))

How skilled are you with you weapon of choice: Thoromir lacks the finess of a trained swordsman but was given some basic training. He makes up for his lack of skill with his smiths muscles( 6/10

Reason For Joining/Bio (at least 1 paragraph):

Thoromir was raised in a human settlement by a blacksmith after he was found abandoned in the wilderness by one of the town's hunters. Mistreated from a young age he was forced to work around the forge. When his master died of old age and the son an even crueler man attempted to bully the dwarf into submission again Thoromir would have none of it. Bashing the man's face in he packed his gear and fled north. He recently arrived at the dwarven stronghold and joined the legion he aspires to wage war upon the hated humons who tortured him for 80 years.

What Will You Add to the Guild: Thoromir will churn out iron arms and armor for the legion as Thoromir spend a great deal of time mining for ores to supplement his inventory

How active are you on the server: I will be on for minimum one hour a day and probable four a day on weekends.

MC Name: gamer9726

RP Name: Dain Irongut

How skilled are you in smithing: I'm fairly skilled, since I used to work as a smif' back when I lived in 'Olm. I've no trouble repairin' chain armor, I can repair iron armor as well, but I've never tried diamond before.

How skilled are you with you weapon of choice: My weapon o' choice is the hammer, and I know 'ow to use it pretty well.

Reason For Joining/Bio (at least 1 paragraph):

I was adopted by Morkas Irongut when I was jus a littl' lad, so young I don't remember who me real parents were. He raised me an' taught me 'ow to fight with a sword. When I was a young adult, I left me sire and traveled to 'Olm where I spent years workin' as a smith and soldier. Afterwards, I explored Asulon, lookin' for treasure an' glory. I eventually did find a bit o' treasure here an' there, with the company o' dwarves I traveled with. We'd find it an' then sell it in major towns. One day, we came across a vault 'idden deep underground. It had chests o' gold, silver, and other riches. We split it between the seven o' us and I planned to return to the Kingdom after that wit' my share o' the treasure. On the way back, 'owever, my company was attacked by a large group of elven bandits who outnumbered us an' took the gold. We tracked 'em for days, but alas, they were faster an' got away from us. The company split up after that, but I continued the journey back to the Kingdom, and when I arrived, we were already headin' to Elysium. Now that I'm 'ere, I'd like to help out the 'Old in any way possible, and one way ah I can do that is to join the Smiffin' guild.

What Will You Add to the Guild: One o' my hobbies is minin', so I'll be able te gather resources for the guild if nobody else is at the time. Also, I'll always be available te help out in th'guild if needed.

How active are you on the server: Pretty active, I'm online at least once a day.
