Just a suggestion

Allot of people have been complaining recently about the lack of trader's being online etc. so what I propose is a city is basically transformed into a trade city with many store's and in a certain part of that city (When they are fixed) are NPC store's which all have a different role e.g Blacksmith, Tailer, Cook. The NPC prices will be a bit higher then average price's as to try to stop player's from purely trading from them. The place that the NPC's would reside in would be a non-pvp zone and be very bright as to deter the spawning of mob's.

I hope you take this into consideration as i belive this would be better then just a trade chat and would be more Rp like.
