Nobody is copyrighting anything, unless it's protected by a copyright act. If it's from PMC and there's no credit, then that's just bad manners.

 

I would honestly say neither. To me monks should be simple folk. LotC has always have huge ass structures built for each little group [my opinion without knowing anything bout these monks or what not.]
