Sergeant: Conveying orders, performing punishements, recruiting. Lieutenant: Carrying, maintaining, and protecting the guard colors. Capitaine: Administering pay, making decisions in the field. Caporal: 1 elven week in the guard. Sergeant: Served as Caporal, along with having distinguished service. Lieutenant: Served as Sergeant, must be dedicated to the guard, must be an elf or human. Captain: Must have served as Sergeant, have distinguished service. Commandant: Must be appointed by the Master-At-Arms Master-At-Arms: Must be appointed by the leader of House Valois. *Several forms are ready to be ripped off and filled* ((Copy and paste into your response)) Promotion Form Name ((IC and mc username)): Rank: Time in the guard: Rank you wish to be promoted to: Reasons why you think you are worthy of promotion: Valois Service Oath ((Fill out only if you wish to be promoted above caporal)): I, (insert name here), swear to abide by the rules and regulations of House Valois. By repeating this oath and signing this document, I understand that I am dedicated to serving under House Valois until the day that I am dismissed from my duties. I swear to respect all nobility that be in my presence, and to respect all serfs that be in my presence.
