A town crier is seen handing out papers written in the emperor's tongue, and elven titled "Taxes". You take one of the papers from the town crier and begin to read... Taxes By the order of the Lord High Treasurer Patrick Denims-Therving, all who doth nay not pay taxes on their property within the human lands, nobles and the commoners alike, will be evicted by the sheriffs of the empire. No exceptions, no lowering of taxes for those who cannot manage and absolutely no bribing or threatening. The following is the list of names who owe taxes to the crown. These people are subject to pay to the Lord High Treasurer within three elven days. The Valois family's land and manor : Seven hundred minas The Green Family manor and land : Two hundred minas The Audnian Clan land and manor: Three hundred fifty minas Hanaharan Brae's Brothel : Five hundred minas The Golden Carrot: One hundred minas The Blacksmith next to the Golden Carrot: Fifty minas All hovels within the capital: Ten minas each Failure to pay may result in being hunted down, or for nobles, punishment by the Emperor.
