Cappy 1599 Share Posted February 16, 2013 I have a question upon the inventory wipes - Though I doubt there will be, is there any way to have books not wiped? I cannot be the only one who keeps a journal, and it would be a shame to let so much work sink to the depths of the sea. It is my character's most valued possession, and he keeps it with him at all times. I have a few other books, but it is mostly the journal that I care about. Just wondering,VanirYou should record the contents of the book on an external medium - such as a document of some kind. A Google doc, for example. Then in 3.0 you can re-create it. It's not the best solution but it as a solution.

Soin Darrell (dakydaky) 2 Share Posted February 17, 2013 11PM GMT is sure as hell not European friendly. Especially if they go GMT+1 or GMT+2. No normal person is going to login this late. Absolutely agree, cannot see how this helps European users.
Elanion 23 Share Posted February 17, 2013 Well, I hope they are going to do it 9 GMT, yet I would not mind it, if it took place a few hours later...will be up till sometime in the morning anyway.

Diri/GreenKoopaBros 58 Share Posted February 17, 2013 Sitting down onto his computer chair, a man logged on to the Lord of the Craft Website. Upon seeing the new thread from the Main Page, he would click. Lo' and behold, it was what he had been waiting a Full year for! Upon watching the trailer, his hopes were high, higher than most of the new users upon the website, as many of the newer people had no idea what a Year of waiting for something promised, did to a person. Blown away by the visuals, the Music, and the presentation, he had to catch his breath by the end of it. But upon reading down, his eyes gazed upon the plugins that were being implemented. He read it once...twice....even thrice! But, to his dismay, he didn't find what he had been hoping to be reinstated since the end of Asulon. There and then, the man broke down and wept, for the other plug-in's meant naught for him. He couldn't believe that such a simple concept was still yet to be put back into the server. Infuriated, he went to the bottom of the page and began typing, his voice begging to be heard through even the code of the Interwebs. "Why have you forsaken me!?" His words exclaimed in their heart-felt plea. "All of this, all of this! I hope that this is only the beginning of the plug-ins to be announced, for I have pushed through this Vanilla world of Lord of the Craft for so long! Of course this is the best Role play server around, but what attracted me here, the most, in early Asulon, was the idea of becoming better through Rp AND Work. Even though this is one single part that has since been forgotten in this land, I still remember it and treasure those times of feeling needed and respected for my Skill! I will give this the benefit of my doubt, since there was recently a poll for this, but I think there should be an actual update to tell us if we will continue this Vanilla-esque world, or once again be blessed by the concept of Professions." Having retyped what he had just typed about Four times, the Man decided that this was the least insulting and angry version of the four. Finished, he clicked the "Post" button, heading off to eat some Breakfast.
