Kardel picks up the application, and reads it over, his amber eyes scanning the paper. He puts it into an envelope and seals it with the green wax seal of the alchemy guild, tying it to a bird in the rookery marked in the cage 'Kal'Azgoth' and sends the bird off. If one was to open the letter, hastily scribbled under the application would be "Accepted".

Bardel finished building the new Aviary at the HQ, putting down his axe he sighs. It has been a good 2 months since he has taught any of his students. Quickly grabbing a stack of paper he begins writing letters to any of his students. If received it would read

"Sorry I have been unable to oversee you progress in resent days. I have been busy testing a new groundbreaking potion. I will not disclose any information on it yet, but when I finally get it done you all shall know.

Anybody that wishes a new assignment or lesson I can get to you after the next Elven day, don't fret to drop me a note.

-Bardel Thorak"

((Sorry I haven't been around lately. I have been out with my friends and family and only logging on for 5 minutes and then logging off when I see nobody is online. I will try to get to anyone who needs a lesson soon though))

Inside of an odd little message-holding capsule atop a rather large and majestic, although very much tame, bird, comes a missive to the aviary of the Dwarven Alchemy Guild.

Opening the missive would reveal a rather elegant form of writing, especially surprising when one finds the source of the writing to be a Kharajyr.

"Sa'vi,

Si'Kahlia of Karakatua, Kha'Leparda in species, wishes to inquire whether or not the alchemical masters residing within the dwarves have any consideration for students that are not of their own race. This Kharajyr has a special interest in the art of alchemy, and she would appreciate a response. The bird is known as Kalax, and will return to Karakatua once a response missive is placed in his message compartment.

Mul'ta"

The bird remains in his place, waiting, as was stated, for a reply.

Kardel rummages through the application box, holding a few of them up and incinerating them with fire evocation ((chimp2008, Denied)) and picking up some, setting them aside to read. As he looks through the applications, something in the rookery draws his eye. Kardel wobbles up the stairs of the Karirdmarr to it, finding a tropical bird perched among his ravens, who seem to dislike its presence. Kardel unfurls the letter tied to the strange bird's leg, and reads it, scanning every single word with his amber eyes as if trying to encrypt some cipher. After much consideration, Kardel writes a letter back, sealing it with the official green and gold seal of the alchemy guild, and sends the bird back with it. If one were to open it, the letter would read.

"Si'Kahlia of Karakatua, of Kha'Leparda species. Of course we do accept students from other races! If they show sufficient talent that is. We have many students that have advanced to become great alchemists in our guild that are not Khazad, and we would love to have such an addition to our guild, but alas, I fear I must talk with you in person before we can start anything. An interview would help to know you better, as we are familiar with dwarven mentalities, but not with the mentalities and the hopes of other races, thus I must go through this procedure. We shall find a suitable time and meet at the Vaerhaven tavern. Bring warm clothes."

The bird fluttered away with haste after the message was returned to it. It would return no more than three days later. It would again remain until a missive was returned to it. Removing the one currently bound to it would show the same text as before.

"Dwarf Kardel,

This Kharajyr would be most pleased to have a meeting. She would like to make note that she has no current alchemical experience, only an express desire to learn of the art. She believes that a meeting time would be best if you were to create it. Your consideration is most pleasantly accepted by this Kha'.

- Si'Kahlia of Karakatua"

<< Just to make you aware, I have indeed read over the lore that you posted at the beginning. Also, I'm Eastern time, and any day this week after 12PM for me would be good. >>
