Eternal Library. Curious, and with nothing better to do, you flick off the string that holds it together,

maehr’sae hiylun’ehya future citizen of elthilln’cihi. Contained within are all applicable forms and processes required to obtain citizenship within the blessed city of the high elves. If in any distress regarding the process send a letter to or locate Lucion Sullas or any other Mali’aheral of good repute at your leisure. All Mali’aheral who arrived since the fall of Haelun’or or later are required to fill out this application.

Mali’aheral are issued homes by the cihi depending on their standing within the city and their perceived purity. Coin is of no value to the Mali’aheral as each is to regard the other as family so long as they retain their purity of form and of mind. Thus homes remain the property of the state and may flow fluidly and be apportioned as desired to those who most need or most deserve the more spacious homes. The factors which come into play when assigning homes are most often the perceived purity and size of the family in question. Literary contributions are of significant value to the Mali’aheral and will be regarded as an alternative means for being accredited.

You may make special arrangements for the location of a workshop to aid the progress of the great Mali’aheral state. The duration of a Mali’aheral citizenship may be used in resolving land disputes, with elder members being expected to settle any matters of ambiguity.

In order to discern the true validity of your claim to being a pure Mali’aheral all incoming citizens are expected to fill out to the satisfaction of the Mali’aheral the attached form. Applications of lower standards will be met with equal housing arrangements.

We request that a book is submitted to the college. Although it is not a requirement, such a practice is highly advised, and will give you full access to roam the depths of the library itself. Please note that it must be of value to the Mali’aheral and non-fictional works are preferable.

How can you declare you are Mali'thill?

My ancestors has always ensured that our generation was thilln. As my haelun and maln is thilln, as well as the generations above. Other than that, I have always been upholding the Mali'aheral ideals and never have faulted to not do so. Lastly I believe my silver hair ensures that I am Mali'thill, regarding the appearance. Oh! And my ancestors bathed in the golden pools therefore also ensuring they are Mali'thill.
Why do you wish to become a citizen of our cihi?
Well, this is such a rhetorical question. As a Mali'thill I simply believe I should be where I belong.

What is your personal vision for our blessed race?

Hmm.. Personal Vision. Well of course I see our race as a prosperous society, which is on a quest for wisdom and knowledge. A well educated, cultured and mannered race. More than that, we are an independent proud race that has its own laws and governing ways. Which truly is implemented as our race is civilized and able to do so and run it with our strong abilities.

The development of wisdom. To fulfill a life with knowledge, sciences and arts. To preserve our race and purity as well as ensuring every Mali'aheral lives with dignity and pride.

Of course that is maehr'sae hiylun'ehya. However if you had me to choose another one perhaps it will be asul lente karinto. That is because I am a quite hopeful and optimistic Mali'aheral, and I believe that no one should despair in any times. Unless our race comes to its last.

I can declare I am Mali'thill because of my hair, eyes, ears, and skin tone. I've been assumed thill by a few people, so I could only believe I am, since they are more intelligent than I.

Why do you wish to become a citizen of our cihi?

 

I wish to become a citizen, because I feel at home when I am among other Mali. I feel like it's where I belong, and I don't get looked down upon. Everyone sees me as pure, and treat me as a fellow brother, why would I not want to live in a place such as this?

I believe it is a wonderful race, and the only race that should exist. Us mali are the best race in all the land, and nothing could ever stand in our way!

I am not sure whether you're asking me what subject you may write about in your first book, or if you're asking what my first books subject is. Either way, I am not writing a book currently, though I do hope that I may be able to write one. Just thinking about others reading a book written by me, and them loving it is very pleasing to me.

Of course I would be a bit shocked, given that a mali were to be walking with a lower race such as a human, especially an orc! Bleh, just the thought of seeing is sickening.  

Another first thought would be of the human and orc robbing the poor mali, and I would approach cautiously in hopes to help a fellow brother.

How can you declare you are Mali'thill? Well, from what I have observed all tali'thillnn mali'aheral have certain physical features that denote it's parents race. And I suppose you will have to take my word I haven't volunteered for any acts with mali'aheralnn, unless absolutly necesary.

What is your personal vision for our blessed race? I can invision a peaceful nation guarded by glorious city walls, hiding us within our sanctuary of knowledge.

What is your personal vision for our blessed race?: We should separate from the Elven Nation and start our own great Nation. With proper cities such as Salvus.

What would be your reaction if you ever saw a human, orc and unknown Mali'aheral travel the Anthos Highway together?: I would keep walking as I would not want to be influenced by the impurity of humans.. yet alone Uruk. I would pity the Mali'aheral as not only has he failed himself but his ancient bloodline.

Are there any other details about yourself you wish to relay to the mali’aheral?: I am a retired Sentinel with great combat abilities.

Origins of your birth, and your place of living: I grew up among other Mali'aheral in an orphanage in Asulon.

How can you declare you are Mali'thill?: The dean of my orphanage told me that my parents were pure Mali'thill, and I can believe so because the dean would not have accepted me otherwise.

Why do you wish to become a citizen of our cihi?: I have grown tired of living a travelling life, and I wish to reintegrate with my kin. 

What is your personal vision for our blessed race?: I hope to see our race grow back into a community of excellent scholars and scientists, and I hope that I myself can be a contributing part of it.

What does maehr'sae hiylun'ehya mean to you?: The phrase means to progress intellectually and technologically, while maintaining purity. There is particular truth in this statement in that progress is important, and that diverging from purity may only hinder said progress.

What Elven phrase do you particularly take to heart? Please explain why: "Bilok fi'talar, bilok fi'taeleh" Which means literally; "To make new horizons, is to make a new mind." I find connection to this phrase because my hobby and skillset allows me to build and create new useful things, while expanding my mind to new possibilities.

What is the subject of the first book you may submit to the college?: The first book I might submit to the college, if I ever publish one, would undoubtedly concern engineering.
