It's a zombie that caused it.

Best thing to do is to delete minecraft and re-download it. Ya, it will delete all your signal-player worlds but, meh. Unless there is another way to fix this I don't know of.

 

Edit: I also believe this has happened to me before.

If you're not going to delete mods or minecraft in general (but I would say just the mods would be fine, yes) you better enjoy not-Minecraft because that's what you got now :P I'm doing some research on it for you now, not finding much other than "Delete everything and cross your fingers"

Back up your minecraft files and see if you can reinstall the jar.

You may need to get rid of some mods.

OR, copy everything from .minecraft in a new folder on your desktop, delete original, use vanilla for server, and switch back and forth.

MorePlayerModels is your problem, and if you do not want to remove Hawk's plugin then you will continue to crash.

As previously stated, you should begin with a clean slate, and add on a few necessary mods while keeping a backup of your .jar.

Also keep in mind that you need to stay up to date with MorePlayerModels otherwise you will get those zombie crashes.
