Arteh 1837 Share Posted March 10, 2013 The Elven Betrayal The Khorok Akvel scouts march down the thick forests of the Kingdom of Urguan as they are intrigued by a small group of Elves making their way towards the Orc Capitol. The Vuur’Ardol commands the Khorok to go and slowly advance towards the Orcish Jungle. The Khorok Ardol’s Gorum Frostbeard and Arcane Grandaxe made their way into the jungle as they slowly hid behind the thick stumps of the large trees, in visible sight of Karl. Karl looked to Gorum as he quietly hinted for him to return to get The Legion ready for an arrest on the return of the Elves. After a long wait the Elves came carelessly walking through the Orc jungle. On Karl’s command the Dwarves marched through the jungle to capture them as when they crossed the bridge and reached the crossroads the Khorok advanced and surrounded the Elves. Kjell Stormhammer, the Grand Marshal of the Legion ready with his men inside the Dwarven Checkpoint. The sound of 50, fully armored Dwarven Legionaries came pounding through as they all marched down surrounding the Elves alongside the Khorok Akvel.Karl clenched his fist and raised it in the air as the Khorok Akvel backed away from the Elves as the legion moved in to arrest them. Durrim Goldhand shackled the Elves as they begin to march back towards the Dwarven Kingdom of Urguan, telling them of their crimes Karl quietly marched back to the Dwarven Kingdom of Urguan. The Elves nudged on forward by the sharp tipped blade of Khorok’Ardol Gorum Frostbeard as they continued marching on. The Elves reached the mighty Dwarven Kingdom as their shackles crackled walking into the hold. The Dwarves, startled Upon the shackled Elves in their city they marched on into the Castle where they were trialed.Lord Karl ‘Orcbane’ Frostbeard began questioning the Elves of their reason of being in enemy lands without going through the Dwarven checkpoint first and then soliciting with the enemy. To discuss trade agreements, was the answer. This enraged Karl as Valen began to question why they would trade with bloodthirsty brutes who have slain thousands upon thousands. There was no answer. Lord Karl Frostbeard, Lord Gorum Frostbeard & Lord Valen Grandaxe sat and decided to honorably give them a fair trial. Lord Valen Grandaxe began reading out their crimes as Karl and Gorum sat quietly writing on their scrolls of what Valen was saying. “Shut up stumpy” shouted one of the Elves as the Dwarves were discussing the punishment of their crimes. Lord Karl Frostbeard roared out his seat towards the Elf as Durrim Goldhand swiftly brought the Elf to his knees. Karl looked at him for a second before ordering his execution without trial for contempt of court. Karl unsheathed his blade looking at the Elf as he brought his sword above him and with a slight smirk pulling it down into the skull of the Elf. His blade spurted in blood as he jerked his blade out of the fragile, half cracked skull of the Elf, then wiping his bloodied blade on the Elven Prince who stood beside him.The crimes they were charged with were bypassing an embargo and conspiring with a known enemy. The Elves stood still and silent knowing what they had done, Lord Valen Grandaxe, Lord Karl Frostbeard and Lord Gorum Frostbeard all came to the decision to find them guilty for these crimes. Their punishment will be determined within the Lords council during the presence of the King. Lord Karl Frostbeard said they were free to go as the lords did not want to keep them within the Dwarven hold. Their departure was eventful as the Dwarves lined up on either side showering them with rotten food and stones as they left the Kingdom of Urguan disgracefully.
