Melcindómien "Melcin" Caundaugion (Mehl-kin-doe-mee-ehn Cown-dowg-ee-on) in ERA uniform stands near the entrance of Malinor near the main gate and speaks

“People of Malinor! Sons and daughters of Malin! Now is your chance to defend your nation from tyranny. We need to form a Republic. A Republic of the people, for the people, by the people, that shall not perish from Anthos, this land that we call home. We have petitioned and our petitions have been scorned. We have entreated and our entreaties have been disregarded. We have begged and they have not answered when our calamity came. We beg no longer. We entreat no more. We petition no more. We defy them. Defy with us. Join the Elven Republican Army and fight for an Elven Republic. A Republic where you can choose who to lead our nation. Free yourselves from these chains that bind us to the ground. Stand up with me. Fight with me. Be free with me.”

What is the ERA and what are your goals?

The goals of the rebellion are to overthrow the current government and put in place a new one which will serve the people and be composed of officials elected directly by the people. The ERA will also serve as a militia for Malinor while the new government is settling in. The council will be elected by a direct election at voting locations in Malinor. Each Elven citizen will have the right to one vote for each council position. No more, No less. We will have an alliance with both the Holy Oren Empire and the Dwarven Empire of Urguan. This will lead to a nearly war-less golden age for Malinor. I will not be running for council, but as the Leader of the Elven Republican Army, I will promise the people that they need not fear the new government as it will be a government dedicated to the wants and needs of the people. A government without one mali alone overpowering an entire council and nation. This I swear my life on. We may support a candidate however if we feel they are the best choice for the people of Malinor. The votes of the people will decide who will be the new council, however.

*Iatrilemar sees the application and can't help but begin to laugh. Gently he reads it once again gliding his index finger along the writing

Steps forward with his arms folded. He flicks his arm up and with a smirk he begins to speak in a jabbing sarcastic tone*

"This just sounds so wonderful. I just can't wait for this to unfold"

*his tone stiffens and his voice becomes firm. He looks at the man dead on and speaks with a lower register*

"I hope you plan to leave soon or else show your face to the council. I am sure they will abide to your act of treason. Take this swiveling nonsense to the Uruk. I am sure they will treat you in the highest regard."

Ameturr laughs as he sees the two applications pinned near the poster. He scribbles a note and puts it over the application.

" I see that your so called "Elven Republic" has the support of a human and a dwarf. As i see and hear of no "Elven force" I encourage those who read this to stay away from this treacherous organisation. If you truly want whats good for the Mali, then throw down your weapons, and let the real Mali people deal with this. No Humans, Dwarves, Orcs, Halflings, or even the cat people, whom i can never pronounce, have any right to current standings with the council."

Finished and furious, Ameturr storms off too Darkhaven.

Igneberr listens to the mad man's words and laughs then mutters to him self "Hmpf, perhaps if you wanted your petitions listened to it would be best to actually send some instead yelling about how none of your petitions are being looked at"

Goroth, on a quick visit to Malinor, hears the yelling and strolls over, an eyebrow risen as he starts to hear the subject of the speech. He stands to listen to the rest of it before letting out a long sigh.

 

"As my former colleague said, stop complaining so loudly and do something productive... Now on the matter of a rebellious army... It is insulting to have an example of a Mali so violent. Willing to spill Mali blood to make Malinor 'better'? Pschh. You make nothing better by murdering the most precious and miraculous races of Anthos."

 

He then takes a look at the couple of applications and lets out a noble chuckle,

 

"What a grand elven army! You have... a dwarf who wants to destabilise Malinor for self-profit... and a human sell-sword. How quaint. I at least take care when searching for recruits into the Falconates."

 

That said, he pulls a poster from his satchel, unrolling it before pinning it over the ERA post, it reads;

The Falconates

The Falconates come from the old Issinardo Klaren Silii or Bannermen from Asulon and the newly reformed Shadeleaf Silent Sisters. They are dark elves mainly trained to use the blades of noble combat and/or the weaponry of the shadows.

Training

The Falconates believe in mutual combative teachings and discipline by positive reinforcement. A formal training session is held once an elven week. Informal training is done on duty with drills.

Uniform

The different divisions wear different uniforms which are obligatory. To maintain a figure of authority and organisation, the uniforms are mandatory.

First Auxiliary Falcon Div.

This division makes up the second backbone of the Falconates. Their proficiency is long ranged infantry. They shall be included into the Guard Force of Darkhaven.

Second Auxiliary Falcon Div.

This division makes up the special forces of the Falconates. They have multiple proficiencies.

Melcin standing near the E.R.A. informational flyer sees the two putting up papers over his flyer. He then snatches both papers down, crumples them both into a ball, and shoves them into his pocket.
