Why do you wish to join the delvers?: I wish to join the arcane delvers to learn about the past of the great world we live in as well as the mysteries of the void and magic. Being able to study such things would potentially allow me to find out why certain events in the world had occurred and how we could best prevent them from happening again. Perhaps we may even find out the reason why the natural disasters occurred that forced us to abandon our former home of Asuron. I also intend to use this knowledge to teach future generations about the mistakes of the past so that they need not be repeated.

Have you belonged to any other factions?: I have never joined any other faction

List three words that a guild needs to function: trust, loyalty and comradeship

in your own opinion, what is a delver?: I believe that a delver is someone that tries to gain a better understanding of a particular area through exploration and examination of a particular area, for instance in the case of the arcane delvers it would mean studying magic, the past and the void by going to potentially related locations and gathering information and artifacts.

If you found an artifact that could do anything, what would you want it to do?: I would want the artifact to be able to heal the wounded, cure the sick and ensure that everyone in Anthos would have enough food to live on.

A hooded figure walks to the gates of Ac'talarah and paces back and forth outside. It would seem as if he is waiting for someone. Upon closer inspection, it can be seen that the hooded figure is the man who goes by the name of Lorien Brave. Should you approach him with Arcane Delver clothing on, he shall smile to you and ask about an interview for joining the guild.

Art approaches the gate with dim eyes and a thoughtful expression. Tilting his head in a slight upwards gesture and speaking in a quiet voice.

"New blood?"

Lorien looks Art up and down before he smiles and says, in a confident voice "Aye, I am new here!".

He waits for a second before adding on, "I was sent a bird telling me to come here for an interview. Might you be the person I am to be interviewed by?"

Art nods faintly.

"Yes, I am one of them." He pauses, looking around wearily.

"No use tallying. Name your skills, talents, proficiencies."

Lorien nods his head and thinks for a brief moment before answering to the question.

"Yes, let's not waist precious time! I am an intelligent person, and I learn quickly from both my mistakes and from being taught. I understand to a very minimal degree how the void works and how one might use it, and as such I can harness its powers in the form of minor telekinesis ((domestic magic))." Lorien says this whilst gesturing a little bit with his hands and smiling every now and then. "As for talents... Well, I am a travelling tailor and I have been doing very well, and I can usually get people to agree with my way of thinking, or at the least get them to do something I ask. I understand that using my honeyed words can cause bad things to happen, so I rarely force anyone to do things unless it is needed for my progression or that I haven't persuaded someone to agree with me in a long time ((basically, he is very good at dealing with all kinds of people but orcs willing to eat him alive))." Lorien pauses for a quick breath of air before continuing. "I am quite sure that is me in a nutshell, but I might have missed an info or two, but if I did it doesn't matter, as I will eventually tell you when I remember of it!" He pauses and looks at Art before asking in a friendly manner. "Do you need to know anything else?"

Art nods faintly, folding his arms across his back as he paces around slowly.

"A task suitable to your skills, then...As an aspiring pathfinder you'll need to find paths. Scouting as it were. There are many ruins and ancient shrines hidden throughout Anthos. Find us one, jot down it's location, bring back something noteworthy of it. It does not need to be an incredibly powerful artifact, but something of value. Good luck, and happy searching."

((Just wanna know if said runes contain actual artifacts before I go searching for them, as my guy has already been in many, so I can just revisit the ones I've been in and not look for 'artifact ruins', thinking I have never been in one, only empty ruins. Btw, I would like to remind my guy is searching to learn magic along with the secrets of Anthos, so he will ask from time to time.))

As Jonathan fastens the last of his saddlebags to his trusty steed Bubbles, his mind wanders. He wonders when the Delvers may notice his absence. If ever. He wonders wether they will notice the locks had been removed on his room, now ripe for the taking. But most of all, he wonders wether anyone will care. Sighing, he gives the horses girth a final tug before swinging up into the saddle and kicking his heels into Bubbles's flanks. With a snort, the horse gallops forward, the midnight darkness quickly swallowing him up as he leaves the light of Ac'talareh. He rides for the orcish desert
